Their staff is not only highly competent but also friendly, approachable, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service.
At first saw the reviews quite good so I sent in my laptop for repair. But I’m quite disappointed after I sent in to repair my laptop hinge. Firstly was told that mayb can be fixed on the same day but no update and only reply after i follow up next day. It was finally fixed after I chase for few days and the outcome was not satisfied. From the photos can see that it was not fixed professionally (already asked to re-fixed but still same) , and the side was broken and they stick back (which I only found after i back home and felt ? )
One of theee worst repair shops ever!!!!! , i’m a computer engineer , i know how to disassemble laptops , change thermal paste , and do other things , my laptop henge got broken , so I took to this idiot repair shop to replace my henge and do service cleaning , he damaged my touchpad , lost a screw , and he put more thermal paste than i’ve ever seen someone put on a laptop , IF YOU WANNA LOSE YOUR LAPTOP , TAKE IT TO THIS IDIOT !!!!!
