First was I didn’t make appointment Even though I had asked the day before if can diagnose my desktop , call in actual day to check if can bring in told me cannot No prob… While still on call ,tried to book next week Wednesday , told me to call the day before , called day on Tuesday tell me cannot cause no slot I called too late and to stop being unreasonable there is nothing he can do?????? Lol what?
Then I ask him whens the next available , he said Friday , 3 days later……
Friday called him….. to check Cannot ..too difficult desktop too high demand
Could’ve told me, he didn’t want to fix on first call rather than waste my time
Maybe cause I’m desktop… You’d probably have better luck with laptops with this shop
The good thing is the phone calls were responsive I guess?
He said diagnosis was free of charge but I wouldn’t know , since I couldn’t get in đŸ™‚
Other review seemed good untill I experienced it myself To each their own….
TRIT computer- Service nber-One!
I had recently sent in a “LENOVA” personal lap top for repairing:
1. Screen flickering
2. Main body connecting cables to Screen (open / erratic contacts).
Four years back when this (newly biught) lap top was past 1 mth waranty period, the Direct local agent (S’pore branch) was very reluctant to repair it, citing reasons like:
1. Screen need replacement- no spart parts
2. Connecting cables faulty- may need to change (again no stock).
How Lenova Direct Agent assist you:
Ask you turn on your laptop and use (Lens Rescue) method to assess your computer.
I offered to send down for their physical inspection, but LENOVA service guy said: ” not beccessary, my diagnostic via “Lens Rescue” can already!
Four yrs down the road, and, just last month (APRIL 2023), TRIT COMPUTER take in my repair job.
Trit Computer service guys was able to assess and check fault on the spot,and quote their clients an (estimate) to replace connecting cable + Screen (pcb board) replacement- for mine case!
Bravo, these two (2) items were replaced in just less than 14days…
The best of them is:
1. Friendly
2. Efficient
3. Reasonable pricing, tha’s’ a guarantee from me!
4. Able to source parts quickly, whereas that “lazy” LENOVA Direct Agent is irresponsible altitude!
The LEBOVA Agent also ask me to buy a (new) set…
Very good and responsive replies by TRIT via messenger.
I wanted to have my Logicboard repaired by them. In the end we replaced it as we live in another country.
However, TRIT was very responsive, and answered all my questions regarding repair time and cost.

I honestly would have preferred a 100sgd discount on my overall bill but I’m OK with it overall since it’s their livelihood as well.
i visited their shop twice for their services. the 1st time was to retrieve data from my macbook which had broken down. comparing their prices to other shops that i have enquired from, their prices are considered to be very reasonable.
the second time i went back was to repair my macbook. overall, the prices there are considered to be relatively reasonable. they are also very efficient in the repair and data retrieval:)
