Sent my MacBook Air due to battery drain issues. Volta staff diagnosed issues within 3 days and confirmed the fault. After my repair request confirmation the item was ready after 4 days. I was constantly kept informed through WA. I thoroughly had a pleasant experience and strongly recommend their services ??????
only went for consultation for a fault in my laptop charger and it was really as stated – diagnosis was free! a pity that they did not have the charger i need in stock since i needed it desperately :”) but the whole process was super smooth and the staff was really kind to test different chargers to show me where the exact fault in my charger was at. super thankful and highly recommended!
Excellent experience at this shop. Was able to diagnose the issue with my laptop and fix it quickly. Found problems with the battery, speakers and SSD and they were able to provide an itemized bill for each component and repair service. I decided to only replace the battery and they did not try to upsell me. Currently, laptop is working perfectly and battery seems healthy.
Laptop replacement was quick and smooth. Volta first checked on what battery I was using before ordering on the battery – then came down another time for the battery replacement (free and easy). Price reasonable with additional warranty. Highly recommend.
I had a problem with fan noises in my Acer computer. Ken, who runs Jurong East branch, is very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem and then fixing it by replacing the power supply. Good experience – this is the second time I have used his services. Would recommend you talk to Ken if you have a PC problem.
