a month agoDamn good service. I was told it would take two hours and they got it done in an hour and thirty. Reasonably priced as well, brought the PC home and it worked fantastically. All the parts they quoted me on was perfect for my needs. They even took the time to explain to me what the parts were for so that I understood what I was getting. Something that other shops did not. I will be going back soon for more along with my friends.a month agoFriendly staff with very good product recommendations and suggestions according to my needs. Built my rig previously, I was satisfied with their output on cable management and hardware compatibility and performance. Efficiency and professionalism are hallmarks of their service. Highly recommended for those who are particular about the workmanship.a year agoThe shop is very small, but I feel very comfortable in it, addition also with the hospitality given to me, the staffs are friendly and very encouraging, even helping me build a deck when i bought their v sets. Not to mention that I also surprised that they give common cards as free. They give me a lot of advices, what should buy, what should put, and what should not. Staff by the name of Ken solved my laptop issues by recommending practical and cost effective solutions. Am pleased with his good service. He even go the extra mile in assisting me recover my missing shopping bag. Truly thankful for his help.
I just went to this shop to check about excel and word installation. But the shop guy installed it without any costs and also gave accurate information for all my questions. Very nice behavior and great experience overall. Thanks.
My desktop PC had been having fever for the last few months (CPU temperature went as high as 90-100 degrees). I sent it to Iconet and was very satisfied with their service, patience and quality.
They fixed it within a few hours as I told them I couldn’t leave my PC there overnight.
They also helped to clean the inside of my desktop PC and it looks like brand new now.
All at a very reasonable price!
