I came back 4x and each time I come back to pick up my laptop (which you guys say “done” already everytime I asked on WA), there’s a new problem: – not done yet, – screen broken, – did not format the windows.

What you say to be “2 hours” costed me 4 days and each time I return, there’s problem/ forgotten thing. Today I check the computer, the audio is BROKEN.

I am not going back and will go to another shop to check the audio cos I think they don’t know what they do, and will not recommend anyone to service their laptop here.

  3. My desktop PC had been having fever for the last few months (CPU temperature went as high as 90-100 degrees). I sent it to Iconet and was very satisfied with their service, patience and quality.
    They fixed it within a few hours as I told them I couldn’t leave my PC there overnight.
    They also helped to clean the inside of my desktop PC and it looks like brand new now.
    All at a very reasonable price!
