I’ve been visit quite frequently after my first review for this CC, but i notice it’s getting terrible such like keyboards are not working well ( few keys are not type-able ) and also those mouse without mouse 4 and mouse 5 still display over there.. really ruined my gaming experience here Zzz
Reasonably priced internet cafe with good internet speed and cold interior. The chair is a bit hard and uncomfortable though after sitting for a longer time
This is, by far, the worst cyber cafe I have ever visited. The surroundings are unsanitary, and the equipment, including the mouse, headphones, and keyboards, is in disrepair. The computers are unresponsive and painfully slow. It seems like their primary focus is on making money rather than providing a good user experience and comfort. Charging RM3.50 per hour? I’d expect better service for RM1 per hour.
Warning to Newcomers: MUST clarify and make sure they get the right PC that you want
The guy working at the counter doesn’t explain anything and just assigned us the computers that we didn’t want which was 1660i when we specifically said we want 3060. We weren’t aware so we made payment anyway.
We told him again that we wanted 3060, then only he told us the 3060 is ONLY FOR MEMBERS?? How are we supposed to know, and if that’s the case why wasn’t it communicated earlier?
Please change the chair at branch Setia Alam. Its really uncomfortable to play games with the chair condition. Not asking for gaming chair, but at least make it comfortable for us to play n enjoy in there. For spec i give it 5stars.
