  1. ? This cyber cafe is very clean and smells good too, and it is cigarette / vape-free!
? Price is RM3.50/hour, suggest taking their package if you plan to stay there more than 3hours.
? PC performance and chair conditions are acceptable.
? I feel the table and chair height differences are quite big. If you’re playing for hours, you might feel some shoulder pain because your arms are not sitting comfortably by your side, you have to stretch your arms instead.

  2. Overall experience not bad, allowed to bring in outside food, internet stable, equipment okay, the only issue is the setup is very uncomfortable. Tables are too high and chairs are too low, long gaming session will cause hand and shoulder pain.

  3. Broken floors, most chairs are so bad. Smell from the toilet coming into the pc area. The only cyber cafe in ss15 thats why all have no choice but to go here

  4. I have literally just left the premises, I paid RM9 for the 3 hour package. Here’s my review.

    1. Premises: Overall very clean, even smells quite pleasant. Same could not be said for the toilet but even that was well maintained too. There’s air conditioning and it can get very cold, should’ve brought a jacket. Many of the gaming chairs I saw were very worn out, as well as some of the rubber grips on the mice. But the chairs and mousepad were clean and didn’t smell. Even though the keyboard was a bit dusty, they were all in good working order and had no bad smell or any issues of those sorts. The PCs are kept in built-in cabinets that are locked, some of them have the wire front on the door missing so some of the table bottoms are a bit dirty. But overall no complaints. 4/5

    2. PCs and specs: Seems a lot of these cybercafes use cloud based server to store their games and to allow for easy reset after shutting off the computer, for privacy. Gravity Litaf is no exception. Wide selection of games from OW2 to CS2 to LoL to Dota to Diablo, complete with Chrome browser and credit indicator (seems most of these cafes use the same gaming server too). The pc itself ran sweet as a nut. It had what you would expect of a low budget entry level gaming Cafe computer: i5 processor, 16GB RAM, GTX 1060 and a 60Hz monitor. Server had no issues and I played CS2 and Overwatch 2 for 3 straight hours without any issues with the PC or games. I did experience some screen tearing from the AOC monitor but it wasn’t that noticeable unless you watched very closely. Nevertheless that is down to hardware and in game settings (was playing on low) and had no idea how to fix it anyway. The rates are a bit expensive (comparing to Redsea chain) so if you want to stay longer please consider their bulk package offers. The PC also has audio control remote and USB hub with two ports (no reset button so just power off). U can connect ur mouse or USB with games (just open CS2 or any steam game and run from steam). Not much to say, overall ok5/5

    3. Peripherals. Now this is where the complaints start but it’s not really related to performance, i had zero issues while playing. I do wish the tables were a bit lower, or the chairs could be adjusted higher. I started with PC number 46 and later requested to switch (also more on that later) to PC number 47 due to the seat/table height and also because the headphones were loose. Headphones have a mic, the mouse and keyboard have some material wear (especially the mouse). They are of the quality of gear you would expect to get from Popular but for 9 ringgit, not much to say, it does the job. I noticed some wear on the headphone cables on no. 46 with the internals of the cable exposed near the audio controller remote. Could pose a danger, please fix at least with some tape. Other than that however, it gets the job done.

To conclude (for newcomers), please carefully analyze stuff like the headphone fit, the keyboard and mouse quality (the keyboard especially is different for most of the tables) and the chair adjust lever/height/condition before you sit down and choose your computer. Dont worry, after you pay, just take your time and choose, the staff will allow you to. Your timer will NOT start until after you tell them what pc you want. I suggest taking the PCs at the LEFT side of the wall or at the BACK, they have fairly good seat and table height and the keyboards are of a little better quality and feel (not sure about the mouse tho). 3/5

    4. Staff. Continuing from earlier, once I requested to change to pc 47, the cashier immediately fulfilled my request no questions asked. I don’t recall seeing snacks or water at the front, so if you want bring your own. I did ask to borrow a charging port since my power bank died but the staff said they’re not allowed to use the ports. Sad for them and for the customers. Make sure to bring powerbank for lengthy stays. You can even vape or smoke here if you want just do it discreetly. Not much else to comment. 5/5

Would come back, a bit more expensive compared to others tho.?Tq!

  5. Place smells. Computer equipment seems in a poor quality and condition quite ok. Not Recommended to come play computer games such as valorant dota etc. price quite pricey with package. Printing services available. I once play here and I will never come again. Gift cyber cafe is way better.
