My dad and I had symptoms associated with COVID and went there on 5 Feb 2022, and were dispensed with two expired bottles of cough medication. They were expired in Nov 2021. THREE MONTHS! See attached photos and be especially careful if you still choose to visit this clinic.
By the way, don’t expect any of their staff to pick up their clinic phone, 65660257, an automated reply will always ask you for an access pin even if it gets through. In reality, I called the phone while I was waiting by the front desk of the clinic, I don’t hear any ring tone at all. I think many patients who have visited the clinic would be able to attest to it.
The attitude from their counter staff are mixed, some are good, some are bad, and others are just deplorable to sick patients.
Lastly, my records with MOH for COVID are all messed up now, because the clinic supposedly has some ‘glitch’ or ‘difficulties’ with my submission. Till date, 10 Feb 2022, they have not sorted out with MOH. I don’t expect they would sort it out and notify me anyway. I will do it myself after I have recovered.
To anyone who choose to visit this clinic, be prepared for poor service, be careful of expired medication, and be prepared to handle more ‘paperwork’ by yourself if you like to set your medical records right.
I saw the high ratings of this clinic and expected better service. Unfortunately the doctor came in only at 9:40am, when the clinic opens at 9am.
There was still 8 patients in line at 10am, much of us who arrived early. Most of us were all coughing and uncomfortable, and still had to endure the long waiting time due to this clinic’s inefficiency.
Will not be coming back as one may have to burn 3-4 hours just for a simple consult and basic medication. Please be warned of the extreme waiting time.
Good admin staff who are always looking into the wellbeing of the patients. Feverish patients are separated from others to prevent cross infection. Drs shows genuine care. Good healthcare team.
So far so good and have no complain with the way the doctors and employees treating me
Dr Elias is a great doctor – he is friendly, and knowledgeable. Never had an issue with the clinic itself.
