a year agoBrought my dad here because of black mole on his ears. Doctor easily said to relax, this is not dangerous. So he did sprayed liquid nitrogen , my dad visited twice and it didnt get any better. Later I brought my dad to SG and it turns out to be basal skin cancer. Not recommended5 years agoWaited for 2 hours and the Dr barely consult us 10 minutes with inpatient tone and charged me consultation fee rm150 first time and RM80 followup (excluding medication). As i need to check my insurance, so i find him the second times. He didn’t even see and check closely my face and prescribed the same medicine. Keep saying the same things, never accept my opinion and unsure about my diseases. Money oriented and i didnt sense that he is helping me and for my sake. Now my face is extremely dry and i need put extra effort in taking care. I asked my colleagues that other doctor willing to write final diagnosis for them but this Dr insists that i need a medical report which will cost me again. Years ago, me myself was once a patient suffered from serious Eczema skin problems. Until I met Dr.Chong, my skin condition literally took a 180 degree turn, for real. It only took him nearly a year by undergoing several treatments to have my skin recovered. Besides, Dr.Chong has a very kind personality that makes me like him a lot. Useless products giving. The facewash given is making my face burn like hell. The antibiotics given was used 40 years ago and is not even a single bit of improvement. Not recommended clinic and doctor. The creams given were not working at all. I went to another specialist and the specialist said that all of these medicines given should be thrown away. This is worth 5 star.
