What can I say! Doctor David Ang took his time and cleared both my ear wax in 10mins. I even told him I’m worried my left ear will be blocked if he begins to clear the wax as it’s not oiled. He told me not to worry and manage to clear both ears within 10mins.

Chance upon their trial promotion pico laser on some social media advertising. Promotion was $88 nett for the pico laser, highlighted to them l only wan to target on my pigmentation lightening. They said no problem it can help in pigmentation, so l go ahead fixed the apptment with them. On the appointment day, after filling up the details n information. They realised l only wan to try out not signing package or getting pigmentation treatment which cost ard three hundred plus instead of $88 nett n l already hv a package with another clinic which mean l will not sign up with them package deal. N they last min told me that the trial $88 promotion doesn’t target at pigmentation, only do brightening. They could hv been more professional, find out what l really want before promising me. Making me waste a trip going down for nothing. The pigmentation pico laser cost three hundred plus which is much higher than all other clinic. I hv done many pigmentation pico laser at $88 to $150, their pricing is super high. Highly not recommended.
Went to clinic side for Pico Laser treatment. The therapist Angela is friendly and thoughtful with the pre-treatment cleansing and enquiries Did the laser with Dr. Sue and it was a pleasant experience. She provides detailed explanation of my skin condition and went through the process clearly. Also gives reviews and recommendations at the monthly sessions to customize to my needs. Can see the effect with the pigmentation clearing!

Visited the clinic earlier on and wanna make queries on hifu and profhilo but I was at the counter and there was 2 lady staff there. They were staring at their computer instead of attending to me while i waited for quite a while and I walk away. Probably I worn too snobbish in this neighbourhood area.? Since they are soooo busy and unable to attend to me then its ok. I assume they will lose a customer.
