Occasionally, I visit the Ara Damansara branch for facials if I am too busy, considering its proximity to my office. However, my preferred choice has always been the Rawang branch. Dr. Ng and her staff have an in-depth understanding of their patients, which adds to the personalized experience. Every treatment session has shown visible improvements, and their follow-up is truly superb. In fact, I was so impressed with their service that I convinced my brother and sister to join, and they too have witnessed significant improvements. The value for money is undeniable.
No matter what skin concern I have, I trust Dr. Ng’s expertise implicitly. Her knowledge and skills in this field are outstanding, and she has effectively passed on her expertise to her staff. They’re very helpful and are always willing to assist patients without resorting to hard-selling tactic.
I wish them the best with their new location, which is closer to my house. This move will make it even more convenient for me and my family to continue seeking their exceptional care.
Visited about 5 years ago for scalp and skin psoriasis, after visiting several others this is the only doctor able to identify the disease and provide medication to control it. Even though now on and off the psoriasis will return, but I’ve know I’m able to control and tame it by using the medication Dr Dharan provides. Today I’m returning again for my skin acne problem, hopefully the result will be as effective as before.
My go to doctor here is always Dr Herry – very soft spoken, and his explanation on my skin eczema is very clear. The meds he gave me – truly works. I believe he’s only available here during the weekend, hence I prefer going on weekend. Thanks Dr Herry for solving my super sensitive eczema skin! (sorry if I spelled your name wrongly) but you’re 10/10
The doctors and nurses are kind and polite to their patients. Starting to see improvement since the first day I came.
Very good. There is a male doctor and a female nurse who are very professional. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names.
I started the treatment for my breakout in April 2023. The goal was to stop the acnes. My face keep improving until around August, doctor say I can reduce the meds. My last visit was in September 2023 because I no longer need the antibiotics. Now my face is acne-free, but still have scars which will need time to heal. Thanks Dr Dharan and another female doctor which I’m not sure the name (sorry!) for the treatment and advices. The nurses also very friendly.
If anyone wondering, I keep track of my spending for the treatment. I spent around RM168-230/month (depending on what you need that time).
