Dr. was awesome. She really listened to me, checked my skin, and suggested treatments just right for me. She took the time to understand my skin’s history, my daily habits, and my concerns. They even gave me some cool tips for my daily skincare routine.

Great place for acne treatment ??
Dr Ku Shahira and staff were very kind.
I have done other procedures at other clinic before but even after many treatments, I still didn’t get the significant result I was looking for.
I did a series of treatments here (6 months)as suggested by Dr for my deep acne scars. Alhamdulillah, really happy with the results. I can say with confidence there’s about 60-70% improvements to my deep acne scars. Now I’m more confident with my skin even without makeup.
The doc combined different kinds of treatment to help treat the acne scars effectively. Shoutout to Dr Hazel for treating my skin with care and precisions. Really appreciate her attention to detail.
I also appreciate the service, the staff beauticians are friendly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are not pushy, don’t pressure you into getting the treatments beyond your budget and they don’t overclaim the results of the treatments. I feel like among clinics I’ve visited, this clinic is among the trusted ones. They are honest and upfront about the treatments they provide.
Overall, highly recommend this clinic for your skin issues. I have since brought my daughter for her skin infection issue and was pleased with the treatment received. My brother also went to this clinic for weight management issues, I will get his feedback and update my review regarding his experience in a few months.
tl;dr: I can honestly say that I wished I had found this clinic earlier. If you do have any skin issues, please do not delay seeing a derm. It’s definitely worth it.
Dr Naz, I totally have no issue with all the treatment. Only thing bothering me now is your moisturising cream. The pump is not working well. Have to shake it so many times to get it out of the bottle. This is my 3rd bottle with such problem. I hope you can acknowledge your manufacturer to take actions on this. Or perhaps we can get some discounts on the defect pump/bottle to compensate the hassle we have to go through during skincare routine. There was time I almost hurt my wrist doing the unnecessary shake. I really hope you can do something about this. Thanks

Did 5 session of PRP which cost a few thousands at this clinic, sadly i saw no improvement. Literally. Every session i did their facial together as recommended by them.
After completed all the sessions, i told them i was dissapointed as i do not see ANY imrovement, in fact i develop eczema on my whole face. Around the mouth area was severely dry and flaky, the tip of my nose remains red, dry and rough.
And the audacity of them telling me that i should have did a mix of few kinds of treatment to get better result when THEY WERE THE ONES suggested me in the first place to take 5 session of PRP.
Dissapointed.
