2 months agoWasting my time! Wait for 1 1/2 hours but the doc didnt come! The nurse said doc will be at clinic at 2.30pm but 3.30pm still no doc. Very bad service! Will not come again3 years agoVery bad in punctuality. Writen as clinic opened from 9.30pm to 11.00pm weekdays. Waited for more than 30min. The clinic was closed. No any doctors or nurses around. No proper contact number to contact. Wasted my time , its better to go visit different clinic who are able to give better services.. irresponsible healthcare service4 years agoA very knowledgeable and well informed doctor, who educates as he treats his patients. He has treated and cured my daughters of bad acne problems. I usually don’t do reviews but Dr. Jeannie and her husband Dr.Damien are too good not to give a reviews.
I have problem with pigmentation on my skin. Started receiving Spectra pigment laser removal treatment from Dr. Jeannie, and only once laser treatment, my face is getting a lot clearer and brighter now. There is at least 85% improvement!
I’m very happy and satisfied with the result! ?
The doctors are undeniably great, gracious and ethical..Dr. explained everything in very detailed. All of the staff was great, they were very helpful.

I had pimple problems mainly black and whiteheads after returning from overseas. I was prescribed with a cleanser and cream which had already improved my skin condition. However, I decided to go with the Doctor’s suggestion to do a Chemical peel. And i am happy that i did. My pimple problem and blemishes has greatly improved.
Had few sessions of CO2 laser here. Full face laser at price RM800/session, which can be considered affordable price. Face cleaning session and numb cream session before the treatment, followed by cooling session after the treatment. The total treatment around 45mins (more or less).
Excellent service, definitely 5 Stars rating. Friendly Doctors and Staffs. Very informative during consultation session. If you have anything to ask about your condition and suggestion on treatment, just ask the doctors and they will assist.
Clinic usually crowded during weekend, so better to call and set for appointment.
Brought my elderly mom for skin treatment. Dr Jeannie was so softspoken and helpful, she clearly explains the condition/treatment plans to my mom.
From taking an appointment through consultation to laser treatment was a thoroughly professional experience!!
Dr Damien is a down to earth doctor. He puts his patient at
ease by his reassurance.
He is a very competant
Dermatologist.
