the best skin clinic in Penang! Dr Lim is a very attentive doctor, and he makes you feel comfortable. the clinic is well maintained, and you get to see the doctor quickly.

the medicine he prescribes and their creams work very well too. I came here when I had really bad acne and his medicine worked wonders for me. it’s better than other chain clinics in msia, for sure (having tried other clinics).

their service and quality more than justifies their price tag- which is on the higher end of things.

I came as a visitor to Malaysia with a skin condition that flared up unexpectedly on arrival. Dr. Lim literally came to my rescue, assessing my condition and providing me with the assurance and with his years of experience that my condition would improve within the week that I was visiting Penang. And it did! After experiencing this skin condition over a period of more than two months, the problem began to resolve and after one week and with my departure out of Penang, I was on my way to a full recovery. Dr. Lim was kind and patient to explain the manner in which I would treat my condition with the various creams and solutions I was prescribed.

While it took more than a couple of hours to be seen on my first visit, that was way better than waiting for an appointment in my own country that would’ve required a 5 month wait. I took his advice to come early to his clinic the second time, so that I could be in an out sooner. Being one of the first in the cue the second time, I was his first patient to be seen.

I cannot thank Dr. Lim more and appreciate his years of experience in Australia. Highly recommend. Worth the wait!

The best skin specialist in Penang and Malaysia, they are the dermatologist & expert in their field . Dr Lim Shueh Wei is attentive and thorough on his diagnostic. Recommended for everyone who has skin issues

    Brought my dad here because of black mole on his ears. Doctor easily said to relax, this is not dangerous. So he did sprayed liquid nitrogen , my dad visited twice and it didnt get any better. Later I brought my dad to SG and it turns out to be basal skin cancer. Not recommended

    Waited for 2 hours and the Dr barely consult us 10 minutes with inpatient tone and charged me consultation fee rm150 first time and RM80 followup (excluding medication). As i need to check my insurance, so i find him the second times. He didn’t even see and check closely my face and prescribed the same medicine. Keep saying the same things, never accept my opinion and unsure about my diseases. Money oriented and i didnt sense that he is helping me and for my sake. Now my face is extremely dry and i need put extra effort in taking care. I asked my colleagues that other doctor willing to write final diagnosis for them but this Dr insists that i need a medical report which will cost me again. Never ever going to visit this dr again.

    1. If there were more stars, i would definitely give this clinic more than just the recommended 5 stars. The doctor is very approachable and his way of explaining medical terms and medications makes it even more comfortable for us patients to get our treatment. The front desk personnel is a very polite and kind woman who treats everyone with kindness and respect. Skin problems, wound dressing and even a regular fever, you can come over to this clinic and get yourself treated. Not forgetting, reasonable pricing too.

    2. Came here to treat my severe stubborn acne. Doctor is friendly and listened to my history attentively. Easy to talk to and a good listener. Gave me good advice and I agree with his treatment suggestion. Pricing imo is reasonable too. As someone suggested before, park at New World Park and walk to the clinic which is not too far. Also payment is by cash, online transfer or touchngo only. They don’t accept credit card (I hope in future they will).

    3. Doctor is very patience. Listening attentively and explaining in detail the root of the cause. Very good advice given. Worth the consultation money and reasonable price as well. Thank you doctor. Would recommend to others.

    4. Not really expert in diagnosis, moreover, the consultant fee was super expensive. Eventually, problem wasn’t resolved but we paid for RM330 for 10 minutes treatment without any medication provided. Not recommended.

    5. Came here to consult about my skin condition. Doctor very professional , explained my issue and options for treatment. Price very reasonable! Consultation charges was only rm35 !. Consultation was very pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic !
