a year agoBrought my dad here because of black mole on his ears. Doctor easily said to relax, this is not dangerous. So he did sprayed liquid nitrogen , my dad visited twice and it didnt get any better. Later I brought my dad to SG and it turns out to be basal skin cancer. Not recommended5 years agoWaited for 2 hours and the Dr barely consult us 10 minutes with inpatient tone and charged me consultation fee rm150 first time and RM80 followup (excluding medication). As i need to check my insurance, so i find him the second times. He didn’t even see and check closely my face and prescribed the same medicine. Keep saying the same things, never accept my opinion and unsure about my diseases. Money oriented and i didnt sense that he is helping me and for my sake. Now my face is extremely dry and i need put extra effort in taking care. I asked my colleagues that other doctor willing to write final diagnosis for them but this Dr insists that i need a medical report which will cost me again. Never ever going to visit this dr again.2 years agoFirst time see a dermatologist with patience and willing to spend time explain and answer all my questions in detailing. If there were more stars, i would definitely give this clinic more than just the recommended 5 stars. The doctor is very approachable and his way of explaining medical terms and medications makes it even more comfortable for us patients to get our treatment. The front desk personnel is a very polite and kind woman who treats everyone with kindness and respect. Skin problems, wound dressing and even a regular fever, you can come over to this clinic and get yourself treated. Not forgetting, reasonable pricing too.
Came here to treat my severe stubborn acne. Doctor is friendly and listened to my history attentively. Easy to talk to and a good listener. Gave me good advice and I agree with his treatment suggestion. Pricing imo is reasonable too. As someone suggested before, park at New World Park and walk to the clinic which is not too far. Also payment is by cash, online transfer or touchngo only. They don’t accept credit card (I hope in future they will).
Doctor is very patience. Listening attentively and explaining in detail the root of the cause. Very good advice given. Worth the consultation money and reasonable price as well. Thank you doctor. Would recommend to others.
Not really expert in diagnosis, moreover, the consultant fee was super expensive. Eventually, problem wasn’t resolved but we paid for RM330 for 10 minutes treatment without any medication provided. Not recommended.
Came here to consult about my skin condition. Doctor very professional , explained my issue and options for treatment. Price very reasonable! Consultation charges was only rm35 !. Consultation was very pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic !
