a month agoVery bad service , counter nurse very rude . Fail to take my particular , make me feel like a fool . Wait for 1 hr without registration . But doctor teo is very gd . I visit this clinic because of doctor teo . He is a very gd doctor .6 years agoIt’s a very good place Covered under Aviva and AIA panel clinics.. it was not crowded when I visited around 10:00am Good doctor Reception can be quite busy like any clinic.. they where helpful.. Clean and neat.. enough seat for 10 people inside.. Can do regular sugar pressure and cholesterol test.. 5/5a year agoThis clinic is great! I had a terrible wheezing and breathless episode and went to another doc. The doc refused to see me even those it was 1 hour before clinic closure. When I went summit, they saw me immediately and could diagnose the problem. Experienced doctor and clean clinic.10 months agoStaff provide good service. Even towards closing time, they take the registration for my wife to see doctor. Dr Daniel is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor who give good advice.a year agoI love you Dr Teo and nurses (really sorry I didn’t get to know their names). Went in with infected toe nail and got the best treatment and advices from them. Patience and professional team. The procedure was with minimal pain and aftercare advices were very thoughtful. I was very nervous before visting but felt relieved by Dr Teo’s affirmation.
I didn’t have a chance to take a picture. But the clinic is clean and tidy. They also have a separate consultation and treatment room. Very thoughtful.
I will definitely return again for consultancies whenever required. Good health to everyone ?

4 months agoI am a regular customer for more than 6 years and now I decide to give up. 1. The clinic staff is so rude everytime. The service is really bad. Every time I go there, the 3 staffs look like so busy but actually I just order my regular product which is 5 bottles only and there is only one customer which is me. And one time they give me attitude when I enter the door which is unlocked and looks like still opening. But the staff shouted at me said they are on break, they forget to lock the door but they talked like I am the one who opened it. 2. I have seen 2 doctors before. Dr Ong is ok. The male doctor I forgot the name, ignore my question. Just want to sale his product. If I ask something about the product, he will pretend never hear and continue sale his product. I really surprised why your staff can treat customer like this? What is your company culture seriously?6 months agoVisited the clinic 3 months ago for bad case of unknown insect bites on my legs. Also enquired dr Henry if he has anything for my pigmentation since I have quite a large brown patch on my cheek. I Was prescribed 2 types of cream to apply twice a day and after 2 months my pigmentation became quite noticeably lighter. I m so happy.Previously I went to the renown dr Joyce Lim and she gave me triluma which is hydroquinone, and made my skin red and patchy, and it didn’t work!
I was prepared to do laser to burn off my pigmentation but now I don’t need it anymore.
The receptionist seems to take a long time to figure out their process and payment system.
Overall experience is good as dr Henry solved my problems and I have saved the pain of doing laser which can be very costly.
a year agoVisited this clinic ard 2pm today and the attending doctor name is Mr Lau. Showed him my current skin condition and requested for some oral medication as I used to get it from other clinic however as it is located in the central area I have no time to go down. Dr told me he will issue me a cream medication instead and shared w me the cons of taking oral medication, which I knew it all along. I explained to him that I have tried the same cream medication before however my skin condition got worse and I am currently under going laser treatment at other clinic (IDS-i did not mention which clinic) and just purchase their range of skincare products. He pretended that he didn’t hear anything and continue to sell me his cream. I shared that ive purchaze NIKs products before as my husband came to this clinic but struggled to tell him which product. He cut me off before I can think of the name and continue to sell me his cream. I reluctantly accepted and request for oral medication as well becos I really tried similar ream before and it doesn’t work on me.So he proceed to do blood test and placed the syringe on the table (I think) and I’m unsure isit clean. So he struggled to find my veins and poke my arm several times and failed. He tried on my right arm and still did mot manage to draw any blood but instead incurred alot of pain on me. Unlike previous blood tests I’ve taken with other clinics, they tie my hand up tightly (which he didnt, the band was just tied to my hand in a way that it serves no purpose) and tapped it to make my veins pop before poking the needle blindly. However with MR lau, everything was done as though he is in a rush and very unlike what a doctor is doing. Knowing my veins is very tiny and deep in, he should do more preparation instead of poking blindly.
So, he couldn’t find any veins and went back to his seat. I stared at my arm for awhile with the blood oozing out and he did not offer any plaster for me at all which is really weird cos this is the first time a doc didn’t offer any plaster to seal up the wound after poking with needle). I was alrdy very unhappy with his attitude and this really adds up to my unhappiness. So after he sat down, he proceed to sell his cream which I agreed to take, and next Move on to sell his moisturiser despite me telling him several times that I have alot of moisturiser at home, one from the clinic I just purchased etc. He did not ask me the brand, did not bother to tell me how diff his moisturiser is, just blindly hardselling. I rejected him once and he pushed again. The entire “consultation” with him was very unpleasant and it does not seems like a consultation because the convo is very one way despite me sharing my condition.
Afterwards, he asked me come back at 4pm for the blood test to see if my hand is “ready” for him to poke. I left and call my own doctor to arrange an appointment and cab down to find her. We took a blood test, with not much difficulty and I manage to get the prescription and explnation on what could have caused the recent outbreak. From here I can see the differences between an experienced doctor and a sales man.
Afterwards, your receptionist called me and I asked her for oaynow details and shared with her my feedback. She say iya okay lor sorry for ur experience thanks. It seems like she didn’t even bother to listen to me. the 2nd time I spoken to her, I told her I’ve transferred $30. With that.she is so eager to hang my call up and to whatever feedback I mentioned, she just go Ya ya y ya ya too bad lor I think that’s it ba. Okay bye.
Sent a message to ur WhatsApp to feedback on what has happen and request for company email address. No reply After 1 hour. After following up, they replied with the website url instead.how difficult it is to show empathy and to provide the correct answer??????
I’m also shocked to see review below commenting on the same doctor hardselli ng product. Pls get back to me on this. my contact number is in your record and i wisb to get a refund back for a jon consultation experience by a non experience doctor.
a week agoNiks resolved my girlfriend’s skin issues, very impressed!a year agoFirst time visiting this clinic and won’t be back again.1) Firstly, I didn’t like how the doctor Dr Lau was very trigger-happy in prescribing 1 skincare product after another from their line ($35 cleanser, $65+ for a very small 20ml bottle containing a “golden lipid complex” serum, oat moisturiser, sunscreen, tinted concealer).
Thing is, I didn’t ask for skincare products or cosmetics during my consult, and had only specifically asked the doctor for medications for my hormonal, cystic acne.
Even if he wanted to address my skin dryness, he could have asked if I was using serums/moisturisers of my own currently and enquired if I was interested to try their products in the first place.
When I asked if he had Triluma for my sunspot (Answer: They don’t), he was again, very quick to start writing down a prescription for hydroquinone. I said I was just asking and would like to control my acne first before addressing my hyperpigmentation later on.
Since hydroquinone is known to be irritating and he saw that I’ve sensitive skin, a sensible dermatologist would have advised a patient to address multiple skin concerns separately at different stages, rather than pack too many active ingredients all at once. But in my case, it was me who raised this up, and not the doctor himself.
Later when I went to the counter, the receptionist explained how to use the skincare products, but did not mention anything about their prices.
When she asked for a total payment of ~$230 after that, I asked if she could give me the breakdown of the bill. She said she couldn’t share easily from the computer, and just stopped there. So I asked if she could tell me verbally how much each product cost. It was with some hesitation that she then shared the cost with me.
I found the whole process slightly distasteful.
2) Secondly, when Dr Lau prescribed me a topical antibiotic (1% clindamycin phosphate), he didn’t specify that it should ideally be combined with benzoyl peroxide to reduce the risk of bacterial resistance. I only discovered this later on when watching YT videos from dermatologists and reading up other ppl’s experience on Reddit.
At one point in our conversation, Dr Lau also made the questionable statement that oral Accutane is “less irritating than topical tretinoin”. But the side effects of Accutane are well-known and can be severe (e.g. dry skin/lips/eyes/nose, not withstanding the many other bodily and mental health issues that Accutane can cause), which — apart from dry skin — aren’t found in topical tretinoin.
CONCLUSION: – It’s great that Niks’ consultation fees are affordable for those who have skin issues and are on a limited budget.
– I suppose it’s ok if you don’t do much skincare research, are willing to trust all that your doctor says and purchase whatever products that h/she prescribes.
– But for me, this clinic or doctor didn’t win my trust or respect, and I won’t be coming back again or recommending them to friends.
———— P.S. The clinic doesn’t stock spironolactone. Spiro can be prescribed off-label for hormonal acne, even if you don’t have PCOS as your underlying condition.

I book my appointments between Wheelock and Tampines one as Dr Chen moves between these two outlets. This outlet here is nearer to my work place so I book my appnt after work! Dr Chen is professional and observant! Always recommending me the right laser to treat my skin issues. ??
When I first went down for a consultation, Dr Charlene was my doctor. My first impression of her was that she’s pretty with good skin and she looks so confident most importantly! She listened to me and recommended me treatments for my pores issues and also skincare tips! My skin has been improving since and all thanks to Dr Charlene! 🙂
Great ambience, staffs are nice. Doctor Charlene always explain in detail the treatments that i am doing and let me know the things to take note of for my skin after every session. Like a big sister caring for me so i really like her! I have done different treatments with her (Pico, Fotona) and results are always good! My skin is so much clearer now and the fotona lifting really helped with my sagginess issues~
It was my first time here and also first time doing laser treatment. I was nervous and am also afraid of pain. But the staffs and Dr Charlene reassured me that i will be fine. The process is pretty quick with slight redness and discomfort (i have low pain treshold). Hopefully able to see results and then consider coming back! 🙂
Tried this new treatment 3 days ago called the Sylfirm X and i actually really enjoyed my session! Slight redness immediately after the treatment, but my skin is brighter and more glowy this morning! Believed its because of the treatment because i have been using the same skincare the last 3 days. It feels nice when done around my eye area too. Hope it helps in the long run with my dull skin and texture issues ??.
