After 30 minutes of constant wait, I walked to the counter to ask when can I make payment. Five minutes later, my name was called and the bill was RM150. As I had read previous reviews mentioning that the bill was reasonable, I was a bit taken aback by the amount and enquired the breakdown. The nurses then asked if any tests or swabs were done. When I said no, they too appeared perturbed and confused of the pricing given that no tests or swabs were done on my skin.
I enquired on the breakdown of the bill and was met with scared, apprehensive looks by the two nurses who said they couldn’t decide how much the consultations should cost and that I should speak to the doctor directly. The nurses mentioned that the cost of the generic Telfast anti-histamine tablets should be $2 per tablet and that my medicine should cost $60 in total.
I then went back to see Dr. Mutu to clarify the costs. This was when things turned ugly and he chastised me for taking up his time with a longer consultation. Apparently a five minute consultation cost RM35 and an 11 minute consultation would cost RM75 (even though there were constant interruptions in between the consult whereby the nurses kept checking the fees and he was busy collecting money from the nurses).

Dr Low is super friendly and amazing. I got my face rejuvenation laser done and he did a great job. I barely could feel any pain during the laser procedure. He also explained the do and don’ts after the treatment was over. He also gave me a sunblock to be applied for the next two weeks. I would give Dr Low 5/5. Thank you Dr.

Had my treatment done here and I am very satisfied with how the result turned out even though just after the first treatment, my skin no longer pops pimples out of anywhere anytime. Thank you! I like how Dr Low was not eager to give us all sorts of steroids & creams. In fact he didn’t give us any, it was pure consultation. He was very attentive in checking my daughter’s skin, listening to what we have done, what has happened, what creams & medications we have used & recommended 2 creams for my daughter’s eczema that can be bought from Watsons or Guardian. I bought them and it worked really well on my daughter.
