Please improve your receptionist, the process is too slow. There’s only two patients waiting to take medicine, and need to spend for like 40minutes to wait and collect medicine. If you are in a hurry, not recommended to come here.

This is first time doing coolsculping treatment and I can really feel the difference. My body is much lighter and i feel healthier. Looking forward for next treatment…

Front desk staf very helpful, will solve my problem as soon as i request, the Dr also very nice person..almost 2 years i been treat here

Who is taken on the phone the person provide wrong infromation. When i visited the clinic the front desk staff service and respond are below standard. The person who provided information was wrong but person didn’t agreed. before my visit I provided my driver off work and even if I try to visit another hospital, it’s time to end the treatment.
It was my fist experience to visited the clinic, I am never visit again.
That place wasted my time.
I do not recommend the clinic.

Front desk staff service and respond are below standard. Unable to provide solution. Being ignorant and trying to push customers away like ‘u better go else where we’re full here’.
If the system is unable to capture those who registered within 2 days ahead, fix it instead of telling customers that other customers were facing that issue. If the slot is full just block the registration. Do something about it don’t be so lazy. Thanks for providing the service but I believe everyone’s time is precious too. Fix your problem.

Dr Low is super friendly and amazing. I got my face rejuvenation laser done and he did a great job. I barely could feel any pain during the laser procedure. He also explained the do and don’ts after the treatment was over. He also gave me a sunblock to be applied for the next two weeks. I would give Dr Low 5/5. Thank you Dr.

Had my treatment done here and I am very satisfied with how the result turned out even though just after the first treatment, my skin no longer pops pimples out of anywhere anytime. Thank you! I have to say, Dr Low is very professional and humble, he will patiently explain all your doubts. The nurse is very gentle and polite too, really grateful for the hospitality given every time. I like how Dr Low was not eager to give us all sorts of steroids & creams. In fact he didn’t give us any, it was pure consultation. He was very attentive in checking my daughter’s skin, listening to what we have done, what has happened, what creams & medications we have used & recommended 2 creams for my daughter’s eczema that can be bought from Watsons or Guardian. I bought them and it worked really well on my daughter.
