The technician, Aru arrived within the scheduled time window, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of work was excellent – he diagnosed my issue and identified the fault point to the faulty socket, explained and proposed a solution that involves replacing a different socket faceplate for direct connectivity. Was quick to notice the fault reason and fast to repair everything within 30minutes. Customer service was responsive and helpful. Pricing was transparent and no hidden cost. Would definitely use their service again when I had electrical repairs again.9 months agoThe admin, Ms Rose was prompt in replying to my queries and booking a slot to find an electrician for me was fast and quick. Ms Rose found me an electrician to fix my ceiling fan the very next day. Mr Aru, the electrician that came to my house did an excellent job. He was on time and explained to me why my existing ceiling fan was not working and installed a new ceiling fan with professionalism. I was very impressed and very pleased with his work attitude and Mr Aru made sure that I was happy with his work before he left. I am so glad that I found them and i will definitely recommend my family and friends if they ever need any fixing and repairing. 3 months agoRichard and his team was responsive and quick to arrive to inspect the place I want to add sensor + light and 1 power point in my corridor. My special request for the material, job scope is quite demanding and Richard able to meet my demand within the resonal price. . highly recommended11 months agoWe have some basic knowledge on replacing dead lights but after much troubleshooting,were not able to resolve.Decided not to chance it , risking a fire or electrical shock.
Mr Raja and his assistant attended to us. Like clockwork, the duo diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30ish minutes (was a faulty neutral return loop) . The chaps were polite and professional. Kudos to them for working at such a late hour.
As an aside , not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews…. They deserve 5stars!
a year agoI was very disappointed with their service as I was feeling that I was being scammed by them. I had a circuit breaker switch issue and I was on the verge of being helpless trying to get a technician to come over becos it happens at night around 8pm. Later I checked with Town council that this doesn’t cost me even $330 even and I ask them for a refund of $250 and told Richard they can take theirs switch back but they said once I have pay and there’s no refund even on the verge of COVID-19 and upon this kind of company service that makes u feel so disappointing. We should be helping one another and I don’t mind u wanna charge me $100 but at least do a refund of the balance. I paid $300 and you know $300 is quite a huge difference amount of money for just a switch. Guys please do not engaged their service and this will be at your own risk. I already blocked them and I was upset as a Singaporean u took advantage of one another and will be my last service from them. The “diagnosis” was that the main circuit breaker was faulty and the entire thing had to be replaced for $500 or more. However, this was not only wrong but extremely overpriced. When I got a second opinion from another electrician, the circuit breaker was working fine. Even if it wasn’t, it should cost less than $200 to replace. Other reviews will corroborate that this is not the first time this has happened. Engage at your own risk.3 years agoVery bad, do not engage. Will never engage their services anymore. Few months back they changed our electrical DB box and a few of our socket cover (only), not the full set. now, the socket cover came out and ask him to come and take a look but he charged $60 to replace a few parts and screw. Also, he told me that he is busy and if we don’t want to repair, he will leave immediately. Very irresponsible. Our socket has been there for 20 years previously and there was no issue, only a small crack so we decided to change it. It should be a follow up when the 1st job was not done properly but we were charged additional $60. Better try other electricians.

Would give more than 5 stars if possible! Our home experienced a pretty severe electricity shortage at around 9pm at night, and John was the electrician assigned to solve our issue. Because our house circuitry was old, there was multiple issues and it took many hours to troubleshoot, and the root cause was determined at 12am to be the main live wire shorting. John was extremely helpful, professional and adamant in helping us solve our electrical issues, and spent the next 2 days helping us to re-wire a new live wire to our home, gathering all the materials and manpower needed despite it being a last minute job. John and his team really went above and beyond to help us, and I would gladly recommend their service to anyone!
I contacted this company because I was given a time slot with a different company and they didn’t show up. Feeling frustrated I message this company because it was on top of the list. There was a prompt response and I was given a contact for repair within a few hours.
John was assigned to my house. There were no working groundwires for several of my outlets and the wiring was a bit of a mess. John came up with a plan and two employees and the 3 of them trouble shot and rewired my entire kitchen. As he did the work he explained what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. John showed me the issues I was facing and guaranteed that I would face know such issues in the future. What’s more, they tested all outlets and sockets in my house and gave me a few socket repairs free of charge.
When it comes to wiring and installation, do not cut corners. Go with someone who knows what they are doing and will do it right the 1st time. We have faced several years of issues in our house and spent more than our share to repair the work that was promised to be fool proof. I would highly recommend working with them.
My circuit breaker got trip at around 21.45 and found that part of it was burnt. Called a few emergency electrician but no one answer until John answered my desperate call. Reached my place as promised time and did some assessment before starting the repair work after agreeing on the price. John did a great and professional job and that impressed me a lot. No question about his experience and professional work but price wise, I’m not sure if it reasonable as got no time getting other quotations.
We experienced a power trip at 2048pm. Tried to troubleshoot from the circuit box, but to no avail. Really appreciate the friendly, prompt and patient advice and solution given by Competent Electrician.
Thought I blew up my apartment. Total black out after the explosion. Even after restarting my circuit breaker, nothing happened.
Managed to reach Competent Electrician, Confucius Teo at this late hour.
He was very prompt and guided me via WhatsApp step-by-step.
In a short moment, there was power again.
I thought this was very efficient, online service. But, he refused payment.
Very grateful. He has earned a customer!
