Would give more than 5 stars if possible! Our home experienced a pretty severe electricity shortage at around 9pm at night, and John was the electrician assigned to solve our issue. Because our house circuitry was old, there was multiple issues and it took many hours to troubleshoot, and the root cause was determined at 12am to be the main live wire shorting. John was extremely helpful, professional and adamant in helping us solve our electrical issues, and spent the next 2 days helping us to re-wire a new live wire to our home, gathering all the materials and manpower needed despite it being a last minute job. John and his team really went above and beyond to help us, and I would gladly recommend their service to anyone!
I contacted this company because I was given a time slot with a different company and they didn’t show up. Feeling frustrated I message this company because it was on top of the list. There was a prompt response and I was given a contact for repair within a few hours.
John was assigned to my house. There were no working groundwires for several of my outlets and the wiring was a bit of a mess. John came up with a plan and two employees and the 3 of them trouble shot and rewired my entire kitchen. As he did the work he explained what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. John showed me the issues I was facing and guaranteed that I would face know such issues in the future. What’s more, they tested all outlets and sockets in my house and gave me a few socket repairs free of charge.
When it comes to wiring and installation, do not cut corners. Go with someone who knows what they are doing and will do it right the 1st time. We have faced several years of issues in our house and spent more than our share to repair the work that was promised to be fool proof. I would highly recommend working with them.
My circuit breaker got trip at around 21.45 and found that part of it was burnt. Called a few emergency electrician but no one answer until John answered my desperate call. Reached my place as promised time and did some assessment before starting the repair work after agreeing on the price. John did a great and professional job and that impressed me a lot. No question about his experience and professional work but price wise, I’m not sure if it reasonable as got no time getting other quotations.
We experienced a power trip at 2048pm. Tried to troubleshoot from the circuit box, but to no avail. Really appreciate the friendly, prompt and patient advice and solution given by Competent Electrician.
Thought I blew up my apartment. Total black out after the explosion. Even after restarting my circuit breaker, nothing happened.
Managed to reach Competent Electrician, Confucius Teo at this late hour.
He was very prompt and guided me via WhatsApp step-by-step.
In a short moment, there was power again.
I thought this was very efficient, online service. But, he refused payment.
Very grateful. He has earned a customer!
