3 days later, I tried to contact one of the guys but he did not answer my calls and Whatsapp messages. I called their boss Viswan, and he promised to check with his men first. But after 2 more days, same thing happened with the boss – no response at all!
It’s a very bad experience for me. I am NEVER gonna use them again!!!

Tommy was very helpful and thorough in his follow up. During the re-wiring services, he gave us a good advice. Once the job was confirmed, within just a few days, they are able to install within the week for us. Honest and price is reasonable. Amazing customer service. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
The most superb work done. Tom & team is very responsible. Tom even came down both day to check to makesure that all the rewiring work met EMA regulations. Kudos to tom and team!!
After staying 3 years, my electricity tripped 3 times because my electric stove did not have a dedicated circuit. Lesson learnt, please do dedicated circuit for high power consumption kitchen appliance.
Engaged the team at Competence and Chong reach on site about an hour. Surveyed the house and patiently explained what are the best practices. Then I engaged his team to reworked the whole house.
Day 1 of the 4 day job, I requested to add a scope to change 17 of the spot lights to LED. The team accepted and bought the lights for me.
Day 2, they helped me install a water heater as well.
Still the work was completed on time, neat wiring on DB and professional quality.
Best for the owner of the house to be onsite to discuss with the team on how the wiring should run to meet expectations.

Very competent emergency service to restore power in our apartment. Came late at night and arrived within 45 minutes to attend to our emergency call. Identified the problem, isolated a faulty water heater and restored all other electrical items. Very professional service. He’s in my contacts list !!!
Electrician Sam and Kobir are polite and experienced . They solved all my house lights and restored my electrical needs. Not only they sorted out my circuit breaker issue, they also mould a new cable neatly and label switch so that i know which circuit control lights and sockets. Their boss Mr Teo is also a responsible electrician vendor. He came too to see that my house electric is now running safe. Thank you all for the good service.
