2 weeks agoI called Mr. Goh to seek help with an electricity trip issue at my house. He provided guidance through the phone on how to identify the switch in the distribution board box that’s causing the issue. He even entertained several more calls from me after that, during the troubleshooting process. I found it very helpful, in the end it did not require an electrician to come over to the house at all.2 months agoGoh from Electrical & Electronic 2U is very responsible and professional in answering all my concerns before I even hired him to do the lighting installation. He gave me good advice for me to make up my mind on the lighting I was about to order. He was very patient with my asks. Ultimately he completed the installation efficiently. I am very pleased to deal with him and satisfied with his work done. Will certainly engage him again in the future.2 months agoI have heard of his professional reviews from other customers and I thought why not engage him on replacing my old lights in the house and he promptly replied my messages and asked me specifically what I wanted. So I told him and the next day at the appointed time he arrived and within an hour or so, he finished his job promptly. He also charged me with the reasonable rates and gave me some advices as well. They came to our house three times and changed a different place each time. They did not charge less than 300 RM. Our problem was not solved. The electricity in the house was even worse. Even though they gave a guarantee, they did not answer when we called.
Power got cut and he immediately helped me over video call, he was driving but still was great helped and helped us find the cause of the problem which TNB settled for free, all his help was free of charge and I’m very grateful. Thank you, didn’t even ask a cent for the help and guidance given. 100% recommended guys
