My first visit here. Not a fancy fast food shop. Too simple set-ups unlike other burger joints. Spacious dining area though. Love the fries…fat pieces and not overfried. The condiments were nice too. We requested for fork and knife to cut and share the burgers. Dark Knight burger was nice. A slight crunch to it. The charcoal buns were light grayish and soft. Orgashroom burger was wet and messy when cut into half. Not meant to be shared. Same with the veg version. A little too much sauce. Free flow of soft drinks and minute maid orange drink for the set meals but they ran out of the orange drink. That was a real disappointment. It was only lunch time and already ran out of orange drink. Shouldn’t you stock up enough when you offer free flow? Service was so so.

Non-halal
There are pork choices. Wonderful burgers of high quality, from the beef, chicken, pork, mushroom and bacon choices. Special yep of burger includes the lettuce wrap
Better than the international competitors

Some of the best burgers in Penang is you’re going for that blast of taste. If you are in search for gourmet burgers, look no further.
The place is quite small with limited seats, and parking around the area can be difficult due to the numerous businesses there.

I visited the restaurant to redeem the voucher bought via Lazada. The staff was quick in responding the customer’s order even though not much interactions were tried to make after that.
The location of this outlet is strategic but it could be hard to locate for a parking space especially during office hours. The café is dimly lit. This aspect can be improved to make it more welcoming to customers.
For the food, the patty of pork burger is less juicy. Bamboo burger buns are a bit dry and hard. However, the porkets taste well with its crispy skin and porky content.

2 months agoI never give 1 star review. This one is really bad. I reached there at 2:45pm to eat my lunch, ordered 2pcs combo with a drink. But most of the drink is finished, left Sprite and Lemonade. I informed the staff there, and he said “yes no more”. I wondering if we come at night, is there any drink left? This is the worst McDonald’s i’ve ever been to. Went there for lunch and ordered fried chicken and guess what??? They gave me fried chickens from yesterday. It’s so dry and hard to bite into it. All three pcs were just the same. Just look at the photos here. I was hoping to get juicy chickens as we would normally get in another branch but this CHEAPSKATE branch doesn’t even care to serve properly. They don’t feel guilty to lie to their customers and gave chickens from i don’t know how many days ago. Spoilt and hard!!!!! Incompetent manager and staff. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT COME HERE AS THEY’RE DISHONEST. I will lodge a complaint to kpdnkk, CAP and HQ bout this.
I order K-hacks zizan hack chicken. Supposedly, i got korean sweet sauce. But the crew give me tomato ketchup without inform me anything. I’m very freaking disappointed. The special for this menu is “THE SAUCE “ now i’m just eating the basic spicy chicken. This is the first and forever i’ll go to this branch!!
A very ridiculous story sharing that i had my drive thru today on 8.Aug around 11.30PM for my craving burger, unfortunately upon back without check on the take away package, the burger was found with a missing slice of fillet. After taking one bite with shock and surprise mixing together with disappointment, i drove back with another 15mins ride for feedback. At the end i had given a replacement for the burger without any apologies. Lesson learnt is to check your take away package before you have driven away as there might be Surprise possible!!!!
Food is up to expectations as per mcdonalds standard. Of course pricing wise it’s bit on the high side for a fast food. Premise is clean with plenty of seats.
Overall, it’s ok. French Fries as always isn’t fresh.. it’s hard and you can throw it to the wall and bounce back. Double cheeseburger and fish burger aren’t fresh.. chocolate sundae is a bit watery..So overall I rate 6/10.
