a year agoGood dining experience. The staff who took our order was very friendly, helpful and up-selling, too…recommended us to get add-ons, good trick..haha. Place was clean, food was good. Only problem was iys very noisy…a year agoI was extremely thirsty. My nearest stop was A&W. I have not had A& W for over 8yrs. This was the most life saving, quenching drink for me today.??❤️?. Thanks to the server, I have forgotten to ask for his name. A young malay guy. He is so helpful and very attentive. Thanks to his great service. Will be back more often. Well Done⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️3 months agoCashier was not friendly at all. Was trying to pay thru e wallet and i have to scan it myself, without him telling me where to scan, and also take the receipt myself. He also didnt give me a receipt to know when my order is done. Absolutely disappointed.3 years agoSecond branch in Perak but actually they were here in Ipoh before but closed due to some reason. It is typical A&W restaurant. During pandemic time they limited the customer inside the restaurant but they have extra seats and table available outside their dining area. The service a little bit slow. The taste as good as other branch if you have eaten this before. It is inside the mall so payable parking is available here.a year agoWaited 30 mins for our order. Ended up being late for my event because of that. How is it possible that a FAST FOOD restaurant can take so long, let alone skip our number multiple times? The lady at the front seems to be the only one working while the rest are just doing nothing. A lot of spillage too

3 months agoCompletely the opposite of yesterday’s experience (and yes, I’ve been eating a lot of burger king).Slow, unfriendly service at the counter, a long wait for the meal, no one seemed to know how to use the ordering screen (every meal was listed as ready, as soon as you ordered it), and then no way to tell which bag on the counter was ours.
Not impressed, won’t be back.
5 months agoGood service and tasty Whooper Burger no 2 (Set). Big size of burger!a year agovery slow service. waited for half an hour. they prepared for grab n panda 1st , then only they prepare for dine in. only 1 counter open during peak hour. i got us a triple cheese burger but i cant see our triple cheese inside the burger. triple cheese beef bacon : bacon was so hard to bite. too hard haha not even crunchy. fries is better here than mcd. but the portion is too small. not full. i hope BK ipoh parade can do better.2 years agoSuper slow service, there’s only one counter and they are busy serving the delivery orders. The fries are served cold. Disappointing5 months agoGreat food and also great service provided by the staff. Will probably come again when I have time!

Another McDonald’s branch, a big one double storey, very near in fact just beside the MH hotel. They are parking lots around but still not enough during peak hours. Generally clean, and reasonably maintained. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. There is of course a drive thru lane. There is also a small playground for the kids, upstairs.
I like Mcd to be honest, but I always find something to be missing from what I have actually ordered and paid for when the food is being served ( I usually go for table service ). Its quite disappointing since I have to go to the service counter to request for it again and again. Out of 5 times, I think they missed out someting in my order 2 times on average.
Clean and comfortable McD. Located beside the MH Hotel and Petronas Station.
Unforgettable Sunday breakfast, had been wait for almost 1hrs to collect the food, bad management system. I order at 9：49am, stand in front of the couter waiting untill 10：30am, ask the staff twice at the end the staff said miss out my order! How can this thing happen. You are not new to this F&B.
Pls improve ur management, dont make us disappointed.
Fast food is not fast anymore.

Quality of foods are same as others McDonald’s its up average. The atmosphere is good. Its clean and very beautiful interior. Good place for spend time with friends and family. There are coffee option. I went there on sunday lunch time it was not very crowdy. There is free parking. Near of Petronas, Shell, Lotus, AEON, few residential hotel etc. Its cool and calm environment.
