a year agoSampai 9.50pm and ada other customers still ordering. But bila turn kitorang, staff cakap they already stop accept order ??????10 months agoWhy so rude those staff at this subway? Ask customer so half heartedly, not even a little bit of smile. Only one staff (guy) who serve customer in a good way. Pls do something with your staff, since a lot of comments saying almost the same thinga year agoThe cashier lady should not be there. The worst ever experience that I have being a loyal customer to Subway.The worst subway staff ever. The staff is really not friendly at all, serve the customer with sour face. Why have to arguing with customer? Your job is to serve the customer not to argue even though you are wrong. Didn’t apologize when wrong and attitude “always right” should be avoided.
Management please replace a better staff as a cashier.
a year agoMy favourite subway of all subway, the sweet lady made a nice sandwich and I get to enjoy the nice breezy weather.4 months agoVery bad taste, food received very cold. Waste of money ?

I oder 15pcs hot & spicy jz now thru food panda delivery..really dispointed..taste not spicy at all..pale colour..i feel cheated..
Hygiene of the place was awful, windows marked with stains and the garbage piled in the dustbins. Small insects flying around the place, and alot accumulated at the upstairs sauce area. Complained to the staff at the counter that it was geli, they continued looking at their phone and dismissed us saying “biasalahtu, takpe.” Bad attitude. After a few minutes, an old waiter came to spray the sauce dispenser with sanitizer but still didn’t deep clean. Terrible service.
People at the back doing who knows what, kitchen staff playing around. There was no customer around and yet no one was to take cash payments, one employee named saufizah dropped a chicken and put it back in my order ?? which was very disappointing and disgusting
Whipped potatoes steam too long time. The taste is very weir. Other than that, it’s all very good. Hope next time the whipped potatoes can do better.
