I will never order from here again. Three times these few months from mobile order, website order and dine-in, my order was not registered, the queues are too long, only 1-2 staff are really working, staff is super rude, and so many other incidents! Slowest fast food outlet in all of Asia! I swear I will not visit this one again!

Very unfriendly cashier. not sure because of they are having shortage of man power in the outlet causing her to behave like this. But this doesn’t justify anything because i tried my best to talk friendly with her but i just get bad vibes back. Most of the food from menu were not available. BTW they dont even have sauce packet and cutlery for take away what a joke. But the chicken were fresly cooked when i came in.

Me: ‘Satu snack set Original . Tak mahu wings. Ice lemon tea ‘

KFC served: Snack plate set Hot & Spicy with one chicken wing and Coke.

Three wrongs in just one order. Not the usual KFC standard I know.

    P/S: Chicken is very salty!

Despite all the negative reviews on Google, I am happy with the service and food quality. The staff greeted me (I was the first customer) with a smile and they are friendly and quick to attend to me.

  1. It’s probably 2nd trip here. A very standard McDonald’s outlet. The good thing is that the parking is not bad. The traffic to here is also not too bad. The building is quite big and tall, probably has a 3 levels including the ground floor. It even has a lift to service people, so it’s good for the old folks.

  2. New menu, coconut latte. I go and try it. Taste ok ok only. The coconut tastes like the brown coconut sugar I ate in my childhood. No no no the other two coconut items I’m not daring to try it anymore.

The ground floor had been renovated. Feel different. Feel a bit small although got add in few table. May be lighting. Something not nice.

Now cash counter only one, but the pickup counter still mesh. Staff still same unhappy unwilling service mood. No different people order from the touch screen.

  3. Lining up for drive thru almost 15 min ? All the workers are just playing phone, once the food done, the attitude they gave the food is terrible.

  4. McD is a best choice for quick breakfast especially drive through service. Second floor got playground for kids, nice.

Unfortunately, drive through queue too long in this branch, people parked and walked in to order takeaway food instead of long queue. Even longer queue especially festive seasons like Raya, Deepavali, CNY and others. Hope will improvise the system so more convenient for consumers and staffs. Fast food shouldn’t evolved to slow food. KFC next door was empty queue, we knew what’s the best.
