Cleanness of the restaurant need to be improve!

Next, there is only total 4 staff in the kitchen and their speed is slow compare to KFC and MCD.Their skill still not manage to take the stress in peak hour. I don’t know is there a manager or supervisor or leader include in the 4 crew or not but if yes please have a briefing to your team to improve their speed of serving customer. But then please DO NOT CHIT CHAT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER! ITS SEEMS LIKE THE TEAM NOT FULLY MAXIMIZE THEIR SPEED in their WORK!

If crew not enough can hire more or transfer more (senior crew) to this outlet. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Speed : 0/5 (TERRIBLE SLOW) Quality : 2/5 ( Seems like no follow SOP) one of the burger only have 1 onion, cheesy fries less cheese. Cleanness : 1/5 (Table Oily, no crew are wiping the table and maintain the cleanness of outlet)

Conclusion, NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS OUTLET!

Burgers not made fresh. They make them in the morning or day before then they microwave your burger for 10 seconds. Mine was basically cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. French fries were cold. Staff doesn’t speak English. Worst burger King I ever visited in my life. Absolutely shameless. Pay premium price for 2 day old burger reheated in microwave. This should be reported to health inspector honestly.

it has been more than 10 years i haven’t eat burger king. but this time around i wanna try their burger again. i like the burger so soft and tasty. things i like most about their burger is they put lots of vege in it. hershey’s whoopie pie also so tasty. it is just that fast food is no longer fast. not just burger king but all fast food restaurant.

    The ayam goreng McD here is extra juicy and fresh compared to the ones we have in KL. The prosperity burger is consistently good too. And service is super fast!

    Overall, the venue seemed like got renovated not long ago and it is well maintained. Like other branches, a self service machines are installed for taking order. There is a room prepared for party purpose and also a playground for kids. If you happen to refill petrol here, you can have a very short drive to nearby parking lots and then enjoy McD food here.

    Getting worst day by day, those managing this branch, better ask to resign, hire someone who really can work, and can manage the people. Those managing the drive thru, please hire an experience people, don’t hire those who waiting for SPM result. Seriously this branch screwed up. No responsible at all.

    McD being so ubiquitous there’s nothing much I need to say that you don’t already know. But this is one of the nicer ones to eat at. It’s spacious, arrangement of the seats are fairly apart. So you don’t really get claustrophobic. Generally clean too. Nice environment to have your McD fix for the occasional less healthy indulgence.
