6 months agoCold french Fries that so soft and felt uncooked, Cola no gas and spicy chicken mcdeluxe that very cold like left for many hours. The meat very oily and felt uncooked also.This branch seriously need QC by HQ.
3 months agoHello. I went here for breakfast and service was quite good. My food was all in good condition and the staffs were friendly. The new look makes the place bigger and more spacious to sit. And a nice hangout spot too.2 years agoIt’s understandable that service is slow because the branch is understaffed.But it’s sad and disgusting to see MALAYSIAN culture of people eating and leaving the paperbags and containers at tables, waiting for staff to come and clean each table.
There’s CLEARLY a trash can and place to arrange the trays in 1 place.
It’s 2022, are we still not moving forward?

7 months agoDirtiest mcd i have ever visit!! Dining place dirty many flies. Garbage below the sits. Its 11am not many visitor since it is weekday most probably yesterday garbage. Toilet have 3 dead cockroaches! Staf not friendly. Need to wait 15mins just to serve mcnuggets and 1 drink. Kitchen can be seen messy from counter. Last visit for me. Please management do something before reported to health department3 months agoBad experience, you created a family day for family. But there is not enough parking. Your team just block up parking for no reason.Great job on your marketing and event team, both creating event to promote customer and to stop customer from coming!!????

Burger King Seksyen 13
The last visit was great. Burger King always offers sets with a affordable price for 2 – 4 pax.
The staff was really humble and helpful towards us. Being polite even though we took some time to order.
Environment is cozy and relax
The area is decorated nicely and neat.
Not forgetting their Hershey Sundae Pie is to die for..
At just RM6.20 for an amazing slice of sundae pie is worth every penny ?
This place is nostalgic but did not managed well. Its dirty and moldy. Dont dare to go to their toilet. However the food taste good as usual. They got good promos too.
Great, delicious burger and spacious place to hangout! Cleanliness could be improve. Been here for a few time.
The Tendergrill and Fish N Crisp taste and has a weird smell. I highly suspect that they use the same pan to grill the beef, chicken meat patties and even the burger bread. I ordered Tendergrill and replaced it with Fish N Crisp. But still has the same weird smell. All of the burgers I decided to throw them away despite being replaced.
The standards of the burger has dropped tremendously and is not up to international standards. See attached photos.
However, the staff is helpful but lack of manpower.
Been here twice already. Nice place to do work. Staff are friendly and nice. Food is good. Was a bit too cold, so moved outside. However, at the same time, the inside was too smoky and smelly. So good choice to lepak at the outside area. Overall satisfied with the place.
