6 months agoWent to BK (Drive Thru), at 9.40 pm, the staffs were very helpful and attentive as i’m not really familiar with BK’s Menu, so i took awhile to “digest” the details.Kudos to Adik Ajib for being such a sweetheart, very polite, attentive and helpful. Even apologised to me for the 10 minutes delay.

6 months agoWe had dine in experience on 12/7/2023 after 6pm. We used to have burger king via drive thru, but always took us more than 10minutes, which made me always skeptical to have food from burger king. Today we decided to dine in for the first time, hoping the service will be faster. The interior looks nice but there is lot of spider web when you look up on the designed ceiling. The hand washing area is so smelly! We almost vomit due to the smell, oh ya, toilet with broken door too. When we enter, there was 90-s sad songs on the background, keep repeating.. which i think, not suitable for a restaurant. The workers look like losing their spirit and not enjoying to work. Not sure why.. but we can felt that the restaurant looks like going to close soon. They even got my order wrongly, and of course, as usual… took longer time for the food to be served. Not sure because of lots of people dining in or due to other things. But looking at this situation, i wonder if this restaurant can keep operating in the future, if these issues keep happening. Apart from that, the foods are tasty and freshly served.4 years agoFront counter staff needs to be train to work efficiently, instead of going back and forth. Then the turnaround, other fast food chains are faster. Others are as per standard.4 months agoOrdered drive thru.. Missing one burger. Try to contact via instagram and facebook no response until now. Plus ordered fish n crisp instead i get fish n burned. Well done burger kinga year agoMessed up my order without any apologies. I drove 1 km to BK to get my food. I was in a hurry cause it’s maghrib already. Got home eat QUARTER OF THAT burger right away but didn’t get the pickles and cheese slice that I requested And I request for 2 orders of pickles. So I DROVE BACK 1 KM JUST TO GET PICKLES. Calmly I explain the situation and they take the burger and put the pickles and cheese back. I was hoping for an apologies or some claims since they messed my order and I had to drove back to the premises. But no.

11 months agoOnce in awhile eat Texas Chicken rasa sedap pula. I like that they have refillable drinks. But the burger soo spicy.Only thing I was a disappointed bcause I wanted to change 2 chickens (wings and drumstick) to ribs or breast. But the staff only allowed us to change 1 chicken.
4 years agoOne of the better tasting fast food franchise that specializes in fried chicken. Their fried chicken are more tender and larger in size compared to KFC or McD . Taste wise they are about the same. I particularly like their muffin like buns that comes with the combo meals . Soft drink is free flow can can be refilled without any further charges. Overall a better fast food restaurant in the market now . Recommended to give this a try if you are looking for some fried chicken to satisfy your palate.3 years agoFood is OK. The girl who at the food pickup area seem not so friendly, I asked whether that the foods on the desk were mine, and I seem heard something but not clear and she was wearing mask hence I can’t see and read her mouth and she didn’t really face to me also, so I asked again to confirm but she glance at me not even a second yet, seem answer yes but still not clear also, so I just took the food away, I saw her eye seem tired and no so happy…. No.matter how are you today, as the front line you have to keep yourself look happy and friendly, otherwise, it may ruin others mood also…6 months agoTexas Chicken Staff Wangsa Walk! Pls alert on customer’s order, you guys missed understood my request twice. I told clearly Original Chicken but again pack for me Spicy, What’s Wrong?? Noticed it when at home. Counter staff must practice your customer service routine to be more freindly but salute to the Manager he so friendly and helpful. ?3 years agoWent yesterday during the MCO period..can dine in already but limited number of seating..the crew are helpful and the service quite fast..but only the problem is the sauce is not prepared for dine in including water refill, so everything you must go to the counter.. other than that, nothing else..so far so good !!

Take away is very slow… Waited over 20mins to take away fast food..
The food taste good, savoury flavors, cheesy, salty mostly. The packet of hot sauce is nice. It’s not spicy. Fries or wedges would be nicer then the nachos. The cheese sauce was not heavy in flavor. And nachos are not really my thing cause their not so strong in flavor. Staff are friendly. Service was fast because it was not busy. Order downstairs and eat upstairs. Price is okay. Roughly rm15+ per person. Environment is nice and clean. Can be noisy at the dining area even with just 3 tables occupied. There’s an option to order outside.
Food was good but I rated at a 4 because value for money isn’t really there. Portions for combos can be better but it’s the only Taco Restaurant that’s a chain kan so they have experience in the ingredients like any fast food chain so you get to experience this but still, prices are a bit too high for a taco, can be lesser. I’ve been to the one in Cyberjaya, Setiawangsa and Wangsa Maju so you know how far I’ll go for a taco ? love the hard shell tacos but accepted that the kickin’ chicken taco in soft shell was yummy, and the simple loaded nachos with lots of toppings is always the way to go! The only other let down is that the drink machine was downstairs and since you can refill your drinks it’s a bit of a hassle, and acted as a deterrence for customers to refill. Will come back of course for taco Tuesdays when my kids are free so they can help get me the refills ?
Went there for dinner. I’m full just by ordering the family fiesta and shared it with two other friends. The food is okay and made to order. The place to eat is upstairs so you need to bring your own food there. The hot sauce packets there are not spicy at all it is just like ketchup.
Food quality is good and consistent. Ingredients are really fresh. Been here few times but the worrying thing is, place was quite empty both times. This is probably the price point of the chain being compared to other fast food chains. Premise cleanliness is extremely good compared to the other fast food chains which usually have dirty sinks, dirty toilets.
Personally I don’t really like the sour type of mexican food. However, the food here is almost not sour at all. Love it so much.
