We had dine in experience on 12/7/2023 after 6pm. We used to have burger king via drive thru, but always took us more than 10minutes, which made me always skeptical to have food from burger king. Today we decided to dine in for the first time, hoping the service will be faster. The interior looks nice but there is lot of spider web when you look up on the designed ceiling. The hand washing area is so smelly! We almost vomit due to the smell, oh ya, toilet with broken door too. When we enter, there was 90-s sad songs on the background, keep repeating.. which i think, not suitable for a restaurant. The workers look like losing their spirit and not enjoying to work. Not sure why.. but we can felt that the restaurant looks like going to close soon. They even got my order wrongly, and of course, as usual… took longer time for the food to be served. Not sure because of lots of people dining in or due to other things. But looking at this situation, i wonder if this restaurant can keep operating in the future, if these issues keep happening. Apart from that, the foods are tasty and freshly served.

Front counter staff needs to be train to work efficiently, instead of going back and forth. Then the turnaround, other fast food chains are faster. Others are as per standard.

Missing one burger.
Try to contact via instagram and facebook no response until now.
Plus ordered fish n crisp instead i get fish n burned.

Messed up my order without any apologies. I drove 1 km to BK to get my food. I was in a hurry cause it’s maghrib already. Got home eat QUARTER OF THAT burger right away but didn’t get the pickles and cheese slice that I requested And I request for 2 orders of pickles. So I DROVE BACK 1 KM JUST TO GET PICKLES. Calmly I explain the situation and they take the burger and put the pickles and cheese back. I was hoping for an apologies or some claims since they messed my order and I had to drove back to the premises. But no.

Take away is very slow… Waited over 20mins to take away fast food..
The food taste good, savoury flavors, cheesy, salty mostly. The packet of hot sauce is nice. It’s not spicy. Fries or wedges would be nicer then the nachos. The cheese sauce was not heavy in flavor. And nachos are not really my thing cause their not so strong in flavor. Staff are friendly. Service was fast because it was not busy. Order downstairs and eat upstairs. Price is okay. Roughly rm15+ per person. Environment is nice and clean. Can be noisy at the dining area even with just 3 tables occupied. There’s an option to order outside.
Food was good but I rated at a 4 because value for money isn’t really there. Portions for combos can be better but it’s the only Taco Restaurant that’s a chain kan so they have experience in the ingredients like any fast food chain so you get to experience this but still, prices are a bit too high for a taco, can be lesser. I’ve been to the one in Cyberjaya, Setiawangsa and Wangsa Maju so you know how far I’ll go for a taco ? love the hard shell tacos but accepted that the kickin’ chicken taco in soft shell was yummy, and the simple loaded nachos with lots of toppings is always the way to go! The only other let down is that the drink machine was downstairs and since you can refill your drinks it’s a bit of a hassle, and acted as a deterrence for customers to refill. Will come back of course for taco Tuesdays when my kids are free so they can help get me the refills ?
Went there for dinner. I’m full just by ordering the family fiesta and shared it with two other friends. The food is okay and made to order. The place to eat is upstairs so you need to bring your own food there. The hot sauce packets there are not spicy at all it is just like ketchup.
Food quality is good and consistent. Ingredients are really fresh. Been here few times but the worrying thing is, place was quite empty both times. This is probably the price point of the chain being compared to other fast food chains. Premise cleanliness is extremely good compared to the other fast food chains which usually have dirty sinks, dirty toilets.
Personally I don’t really like the sour type of mexican food. However, the food here is almost not sour at all. Love it so much.

+ ambiance is good. Dining area is at the second floor.
– their extra hot fire! chilli sauce is not spicy at all.
– extremely hard to get parking, always full at all times
– they put their drink refill station at ground floor but dining area is at the second floor. Need so much effort to refill the drink.
