JakaOnly thing I was a disappointed bcause I wanted to change 2 chickens (wings and drumstick) to ribs or breast. But the staff only allowed us to change 1 chicken.

One of the better tasting fast food franchise that specializes in fried chicken. Their fried chicken are more tender and larger in size compared to KFC or McD . Taste wise they are about the same. I particularly like their muffin like buns that comes with the combo meals . Soft drink is free flow can can be refilled without any further charges. Overall a better fast food restaurant in the market now . Recommended to give this a try if you are looking for some fried chicken to satisfy your palate.

Food is OK.
The girl who at the food pickup area seem not so friendly, I asked whether that the foods on the desk were mine, and I seem heard something but not clear and she was wearing mask hence I can’t see and read her mouth and she didn’t really face to me also, so I asked again to confirm but she glance at me not even a second yet, seem answer yes but still not clear also, so I just took the food away, I saw her eye seem tired and no so happy….
No.matter how are you today, as the front line you have to keep yourself look happy and friendly, otherwise, it may ruin others mood also…

Texas Chicken Staff Wangsa Walk! Pls alert on customer’s order, you guys missed understood my request twice. I told clearly Original Chicken but again pack for me Spicy, What’s Wrong?? Noticed it when at home. Counter staff must practice your customer service routine to be more freindly but salute to the Manager he so friendly and helpful. ?

Went yesterday during the MCO period..can dine in already but limited number of seating..the crew are helpful and the service quite fast..but only the problem is the sauce is not prepared for dine in including water refill, so everything you must go to the counter.. other than that, nothing else..so far so good !!

Take away is very slow… Waited over 20mins to take away fast food..
The food taste good, savoury flavors, cheesy, salty mostly. The packet of hot sauce is nice. It’s not spicy. Fries or wedges would be nicer then the nachos. The cheese sauce was not heavy in flavor. And nachos are not really my thing cause their not so strong in flavor. Staff are friendly. Service was fast because it was not busy. Order downstairs and eat upstairs. Price is okay. Roughly rm15+ per person. Environment is nice and clean. Can be noisy at the dining area even with just 3 tables occupied. There’s an option to order outside.
Food was good but I rated at a 4 because value for money isn’t really there. Portions for combos can be better but it’s the only Taco Restaurant that’s a chain kan so they have experience in the ingredients like any fast food chain so you get to experience this but still, prices are a bit too high for a taco, can be lesser. I’ve been to the one in Cyberjaya, Setiawangsa and Wangsa Maju so you know how far I’ll go for a taco ? love the hard shell tacos but accepted that the kickin’ chicken taco in soft shell was yummy, and the simple loaded nachos with lots of toppings is always the way to go! The only other let down is that the drink machine was downstairs and since you can refill your drinks it’s a bit of a hassle, and acted as a deterrence for customers to refill. Will come back of course for taco Tuesdays when my kids are free so they can help get me the refills ?
Went there for dinner. I’m full just by ordering the family fiesta and shared it with two other friends. The food is okay and made to order. The place to eat is upstairs so you need to bring your own food there. The hot sauce packets there are not spicy at all it is just like ketchup.
Food quality is good and consistent. Ingredients are really fresh. Been here few times but the worrying thing is, place was quite empty both times. This is probably the price point of the chain being compared to other fast food chains. Premise cleanliness is extremely good compared to the other fast food chains which usually have dirty sinks, dirty toilets.
Personally I don’t really like the sour type of mexican food. However, the food here is almost not sour at all. Love it so much.

+ ambiance is good. Dining area is at the second floor.
– their extra hot fire! chilli sauce is not spicy at all.
– extremely hard to get parking, always full at all times
– they put their drink refill station at ground floor but dining area is at the second floor. Need so much effort to refill the drink.
