Saw the uncle handing the fries not by holding the package but touching the fries, and then throwing the whole pack of fries onto the tray like pic below. Definitely not acceptable.

The place is clean and pleasant to dine in. With sufficient self service order kiosks, the ordering process is fast and also the food got ready quickly too. The burger I got was still warm.
The mushroom Swiss burger was nicely prepared, no missing patties . It was $7

a month agoThey dont follow instructions given over grab and not the first time it happened. I order no ice in my drink and it came with ice. Please stop ordering from here. The food taste quite bad as wella year agoAs a vegetarian I’ve very much limited Restaurants in Singapore. Craving for Burgers and Pizzas also gave me no luck since most of the outlets here have only preferences to Non vegetarian. But Subway is my only Saviour which has yummy varieties of Food for vegetarian! Forever Grateful ❤️10 months agoVisited Subway in March 2023,they have added wraps and new side Manchester. Tonight the payment system couldn’t scanned my iphone pay wave. ?
I bought 2 value meals. And i cannot request for curry sauce? Staff said that I did not order any meal that required curry sauce. She got angry and shake her head and rudely gave 1. As far as I know, as long as a customer buys any 1 meal they can request for 1 curry sauce. This is why i hate buying from this outlet. Bukit Batok central’s staffs are more friendly and helpful.
I think this might be the worst service you can ever get from any fast food chain.
The wait is long. No explanation given. The staff rather hide than apologizing. Rude reply from staff when asked.
Even it is busy, why not smile and explain to waiting customers. I am sure we deserve to know why we need to wait for half an hour while others could get their order in 5 minutes though they order much later.
Compared to Jurong East Avenue 1 Yuhua branch, this is far worse. Maybe the staff here can be sent there to learn how they treat elderly and customers.
Don’t come here unless you plan to train the quality of patience.
Ice cream machine occasionally is out of order. When it is functional, the ice creams are incredibly quick to melt than other branches, as if the machine is not cold enough.
Never sells seasonal ice cream flavours either.
Other food items and service are fine.
The restaurant is often overcrowded during dinner time and no one is controlling the crowd, service is very slow more than 30 mins to self collect orders by app.
Worst is no one manage the crowd leading to people who come LATER THAN YOU get to take their food first because whomever complain first get service.
