Subway is located at the left side of the entrance of West Mall,which is just opposite Bukit Batok MRT Station .
There was a queue as dining in is not allowed currently so people were picking up sandwiches.
Not all types of breads are always made available at the West Mall outlet if I compare it with Yew Tee outlet.
Service is better at Yew Tee outlet. Staff is friendly and vegetables are added generously.
The boy who touched chicken breasts did not changed his gloves after pressing chicken in the sandwich. He used the same gloves for picking up my veggie patty. I shared my concern then the duty manager apologised. She kept on chatting with us while making the sandwich ?.
Service recovery to be made.
Service can be better at West Mall outlet.
Overall I feel that the amount of vegetables and overall service varies at various outlets which can be standardised for a better customer experience.
Rest was alright.
I like Subway sandwiches as it’s healthy ,non greasy and light.

Tonight the payment system couldn’t scanned my iphone pay wave. ?
I bought 2 value meals. And i cannot request for curry sauce? Staff said that I did not order any meal that required curry sauce. She got angry and shake her head and rudely gave 1. As far as I know, as long as a customer buys any 1 meal they can request for 1 curry sauce. This is why i hate buying from this outlet. Bukit Batok central’s staffs are more friendly and helpful.
I think this might be the worst service you can ever get from any fast food chain.
The wait is long. No explanation given. The staff rather hide than apologizing. Rude reply from staff when asked.
Even it is busy, why not smile and explain to waiting customers. I am sure we deserve to know why we need to wait for half an hour while others could get their order in 5 minutes though they order much later.
Compared to Jurong East Avenue 1 Yuhua branch, this is far worse. Maybe the staff here can be sent there to learn how they treat elderly and customers.
Don’t come here unless you plan to train the quality of patience.
Ice cream machine occasionally is out of order. When it is functional, the ice creams are incredibly quick to melt than other branches, as if the machine is not cold enough.
Never sells seasonal ice cream flavours either.
Other food items and service are fine.
The restaurant is often overcrowded during dinner time and no one is controlling the crowd, service is very slow more than 30 mins to self collect orders by app.
Worst is no one manage the crowd leading to people who come LATER THAN YOU get to take their food first because whomever complain first get service.
