Crowded during peak hours. The parking is quite difficult due to the limited slot especially cars. But the food was good, the ayam goreng was so good. The size is huge too.

I dunno wether the burger is been smash or getting run over by a car. Is this the standard of mcd now? Oh ya.. and I order 1 set spicy chicken mc deluxe and 1 Big Mac while end up getting 2 spicy chicken mcdeluxe

Very crowded on weekends. Staff and foods are generally better than other branches!

The worst Mcd in Malaysia. Bad part of town, HORRIFIC SERVICE. We have visited this McDonalds numerous times. Service was very slow need to wait about 40min for dine in. Cleanliness was very bad ?? The Prosperity burger was like rubbish. Nothing inside the burger just only the bun & the beef. ?

    Im very dissapointed with this branch!!! The cashier and frontdesk providing a very poor customer services and ridiculously bad manner!!! I was tried be nice with smile asking if they could exhange some of my chicken pieces into thigh as I saw there were quite numbers of chicken thigh on the shelf. These staffs looking at each other if they can exchange for me. Unfortunately, they refuse to assist me with their unacceptable manner that made me felt racist. I hope that the higher management will take a serious look into this matter. TQ

    During peak hours, you guys should disable your grab/foodpanda orders to cater for those who dine in.. We have to wait 30mims to get our food, you clearly cannot handle the load, so stop giving priority to online orders.. Freaking frustrating eating here…

    Food and service okay! Price not as expensive as the other popular fast food chicken restaurant. There is ample parking here at Lotus’s Cheras. Given a choice, I will choose Texas Chicken.

    There were 10 of us here and the staff told me that we could not share a table and ended up splitting three tables. The air conditioners were all broken and we could not open the door for ventilation. It was very rigid and would not be flexible. Although the waiting time is long, we can understand it but the environment needs to be improved.

    Texas Chicken Lotus Cheras is located at the corner of the Lotus Cheras. Easy to spot because of the bright red Texas logo.

    1. The food is soo bad. I orderred double down, thr food taste awful compared to other branches. The meats are cold and the cheese overfried. I dont think I will come back again, might as well visit taman pertama or connaught branch which taste better since Petronas branch has no drive through service for now and food is terrible.

      Secondly, your staff many of them are not wearing their masks. I have been waiting for my food to get prepared by at least 20mins, i saw most of them are not wearing mask as if there is no covid. Please ask them to follow SOP to avoid exposing risk to customers. I posted a video on this and the video was taken around 3.40pm today, at least 5 employees not wearing their masks. Please take immediate action on this.

    2. Near to MRT Mizah, short walking distance from MRT. Can order from kiosk to skip queue but the UI is not user friendly enough. The chicken is tender and juicy, can replace for chicken if too small

    5. Teruk gila layanan and service. If not use self service should be off or offline than, im fine with that but face so very bad habit this last i coming kfc cheras so very low classes attitude macam orang kampungan perangai no say “sorry sir, maaf sir, takpe sir” this what i hear “kena tunggu la!!!” voices so very biadap gila i can wait as long as they can but attitude sorry bruhhh so very disappointed for kfc she eyebrown wanna mad if she bravely say it front of me not my back i can hear everthing she want to that’s all my comments kfc cheras just stop working on there
