First and foremost, the waiting time was excessively long, which was quite frustrating. But what disappointed me even more was the quality of the food. The ice cream sundae I ordered was served in a container that was barely half full, and the portion of fries I received was subpar, to say the least.

I wanted to provide this feedback directly to McDonald’s, but I couldn’t find a link or contact information to do so. This lack of a feedback mechanism is concerning, as it hinders customers like me from sharing our experiences and helping the restaurant improve.
I hope McDonald’s takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to address these issues promptly. As a loyal customer, I believe in the brand’s potential to provide a better dining experience, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.
The food is soo bad. I orderred double down, thr food taste awful compared to other branches. The meats are cold and the cheese overfried. I dont think I will come back again, might as well visit taman pertama or connaught branch which taste better since Petronas branch has no drive through service for now and food is terrible.
Secondly, your staff many of them are not wearing their masks. I have been waiting for my food to get prepared by at least 20mins, i saw most of them are not wearing mask as if there is no covid. Please ask them to follow SOP to avoid exposing risk to customers. I posted a video on this and the video was taken around 3.40pm today, at least 5 employees not wearing their masks. Please take immediate action on this.
Near to MRT Mizah, short walking distance from MRT. Can order from kiosk to skip queue but the UI is not user friendly enough. The chicken is tender and juicy, can replace for chicken if too small
wrong order and wrong item. pick up order but still need wait 10 mins
Dessert lunchtime. Foods delivered fast. The food is hot of whipped potato and cold of coleslaw.
Teruk gila layanan and service. If not use self service should be off or offline than, im fine with that but face so very bad habit this last i coming kfc cheras so very low classes attitude macam orang kampungan perangai no say “sorry sir, maaf sir, takpe sir” this what i hear “kena tunggu la!!!” voices so very biadap gila i can wait as long as they can but attitude sorry bruhhh so very disappointed for kfc she eyebrown wanna mad if she bravely say it front of me not my back i can hear everthing she want to that’s all my comments kfc cheras just stop working on there
