JakaPreviously is such a disaster with slow movement of the staff with long line especially the F.L. just to get a meal, food QC suck too, with things get much better now.

Useless manager especially when the restaurant is so busy and lack of staff. He kept walking around and not helping his staff to handle the order and customer. Only one Malay guy at the cashier is hard working! He is so patient with handling the busy situation alone and great service!

Chicken was dry and smelly.
When I complaint to thier staff they replaced with another same batch of chicken. We ended up throw those chicken

Best staff. Friendly, helpful.
The manager looks quite free not sure why. But the staff was so hard working. Kudos to them.

Worst KFC chicken, so dried no taste, not fresh. need proper supervision. I ordered 6 pieces pack. delivered to me 3 pieces of chicken wings out of the 6 pieces. others also small and so dried. no taste. What did you do? FOOD Totally NO STAR.

The service, though, was average, which added a touch of neutrality to the overall experience. The worn-out ambience on the first floor, coupled with unclean tables, hinted at disorganization. The absence of liquid soap at the sink was a notable drawback. Despite the tasty meal, the mixed nature of the service leaves some uncertainty about revisiting this outlet. Service is extremely slow, non courteous and non apologetic. Their global values are “sincere service and a warm smile. We take part in creating exceptional customer experience.” But that’s just a lie.
From order placed to collection is 20 mins. When asked, I was just told to be patient and that’s it… without even making eye contact. Mind you, the outlet only has 3 other tables filled. Plus, the order was also wrong upon collection.
Such a shame to a reputable brand. So unlike how it is in Manila. Definitely my first and the last for Malaysia.
Bought a take out (Burger Steak) and did not receive any gravy. Very disappointed with my first experience here. The Self order machine did not provide any receipt. Been asking for a receipt and no action was taken by the staff. Also notice that other customer facing the same problem , they could not give a receipt. That is very wrong, without any receipt the food that we received should be free. Having high expectations on the food but turn out to be a disappoinment. I also notice that staffs did not wear mask until the manager came in. Hoping the management would take action on this.
I really like the food here at Jollibee, compared to McDonald’s, or even KFC. I like the place anymore. There is a pantry to wash your hands too. The downside here is the serving is slow and lack of staff. Had to wait for 15-20min
Had my first Jollibee in the Philippines and was very excited that they are finally opening up branches in Malaysia But, service is just down right bad. I’m just here for their spaghetti and the chicken is ok ok. They did not have mashed potato on that day, instead of informing they just gave 2 coleslaw. I stood at the counter, wanting to ask about the mashed potato and chilli sauce (the chilli sauce dispenser was empty) and the cashier just walked away and acted busy. There were many empty tables but all of them were dirty and not wiped down. We had to wipe them ourselves. Even though I love Jollibee, I would not be returning here.
Totally changed my perception of Jollibee where i was extremely disappointed by jolibee sunway outlet. The size and quantity was very good. Taste was outstanding.
Service was good. Gave plenty of free fries for my baby.
I stopped going to jolibee since last 2 years. But now i will go back again
