a month agoHorrible service.. around 1:45pm 26 Nov, I asked for no sauce and no vegetables. Burger came with mayo, onions and tomato. I thought they didn’t understand so I just ordered again. This time, I asked for nothing but just the bun and the patty.. but the burger still came with ketchup, pickles and tomato. Cashier was a female wearing hijabi.. horrible service7 months agoI have never had a BK tendergrill this small and pathetic before. The portioning is so bad in Malaysia. This is like kiddy size for RM16.20. This was supposed to be one of their main signature burger and it comes out looking like that. Smaller than my palm. Even the fries is a small one. Never spending my money here again ever. A ramly burger is bigger and more worthy than BK.10 months agoI am not sure which food or something is spoilt because after we had my late lunch around 3pm to 4pm on 6/3/2023 (Monday) in JB city square outlet was really disappointed. My son and I am having a bad diarrhoea after had some food e.g burgers, fried chicken and ice cream at the restaurant since yesterday. Besides, I have packed for my daughter a meal set of Burger also had the same bad experience that cause diarrhoea and food poisoning from yesterday till today. I came back to Singapore yesterday evening and my son and daughter are staying in JB. KFC never fails to impress, and my recent visit was no exception. The crispy, golden fried chicken was perfection, bursting with flavor in every bite. First time here! Good atmosphere which can see the sea while enjoy the foods. Try to avoid your meal at the seaside table because there got a lot of crow.
The fried spicy chicken are crop but not spicy at all. Some how I feel the standard has been dropped.
This KFC outlet has a small first floor seating area offering panoramic views of the Straits of Johore and Singapore beyond. It also has some outdoor seating at the water edge. The maintenance and cleanliness of the washrooms needs improvement.
I think this is the biggest kfc in JB. The restaurant is clean, you can choose either to order in counter or kiosk. Got lots of choices of set meals to order. But i think the chicken itself is still the best compare to others. If you have children, they will be happy to spend their time at the playground. And the parking is free. Also got outdoor seat by the sea if you dont wanna stay indoor.
This outlet is not as nice. Ordered delivery and my house is just less than 10mins away. Rider took only around 5-8mins and not handling multiple deliveries however the chicken was still not cripsy with the short delivery timing. The zinger burger was also quite moist and fries was soft and soagy. They might also have forgotten to put salt in the fries.
Packaging was ok though, box not dented nor any spillage, only disappointment was the quality of food.
