Breakfast for Late-comers:
They ofter breakfast same as McDonald’s (just beside this stall), however they open 30 minutes later than McDo. Perhaps, management should look into it. At least, try to compete and not just accept that the other is better than this resto and that the instinct of people will choose McDo over them. Of-course they’ll choose McDonald’s if your store is still closed.
Food:
You have a great chicken. My dad’s favorite.
The dining area hygiene and cleanliness can be improved. Tables and chair were very dirty and greasy. This is not the 1st time seeing greasy tables and chairs at this outlet. Even the floor need some cleaning too. Food debris and spills ?.
When choose to dine at this outlet, gotta identify which is a less dirty table & area before take out pre-prep wet & dry tissue and be service crew to clean the table & chairs before be seated.
I went during off peak 1440hrs. There were no crowd. My last 2 visit were also during off peak btwn 3 to 5pm. Same hygiene and cleanliness issue.

I hate it when I get served food that are lukewarm.
This whopper is barely above room temperature. Onion rings were OK. Still a limp, near soggy mess but at least they felt warmer than my body temperature.
I asked for an exchange of the burger, and I got it in like 13 seconds. Same pathetic result.
I walked off. Money wasted. No more Burger King for me.
Always short handed at this particular outlet. Esepcially more during peak with online orders.
Be prepared to wait. Nice to note that they have not yet gotten any orders wrong for me for a long time now. So yea.
*New garlic burger is garlicky and i love it!

20230715 – First 1 weeks of reopening, the food was great. Whopper was great. Had it twice. Went to get my Whopper again today and turns out real soggy and dripping with no “greens” in sights except some yellowish lettuce. Hate dripping wet soggy burgers. Well it was good while it lasts. Will not be visiting again though.
