The reason I’m there again is becos somehow this outlet the chicken taste much better than Bishan and Toa Payoh and its a bigger outlet, like the dining area space better. Just gotta think positive that the staff busy prep nice food and neglected dining area cleanliness.

I’m kinda surprise during off peak, the coleslaw serve were dried and with bad after taste. The supervisor/ manager at the counter was quick to react when I brought the coleslaw to feedback. She immediately check on the others in their service chiller, seems the same issue. She went to the back and bring out a whole tray and pass me a fresh one. Guess either the team at this outlet didnt implement FIFO system properly or their storage chiller need servicing to ensure correct temperature. Wondering what were the other customer eating during lunch peak ???.

I enjoyed the meal very much and felt happy the manager gets food issue quickly. Will I be back, yes if I’m at JP again.

Takeaway 1 for 1 zinger burger promotion at $6.50. The queue is quite long and waited around half an hour for self collection. The burger taste is still so good and tasty. Looking forward for more KFC promotion.

Terrible experience.. i order 2 chicken at 12.50 but the chicken part is too small for that amount of prices..KFC u need to do better.. the chicken is half of the box space sia

  1. I hate it when I get served food that are lukewarm.

    This whopper is barely above room temperature. Onion rings were OK. Still a limp, near soggy mess but at least they felt warmer than my body temperature.

    I asked for an exchange of the burger, and I got it in like 13 seconds. Same pathetic result.

    I walked off. Money wasted. No more Burger King for me.

  2. Always short handed at this particular outlet. Esepcially more during peak with online orders.

    Be prepared to wait. Nice to note that they have not yet gotten any orders wrong for me for a long time now. So yea.

    *New garlic burger is garlicky and i love it!

  3. Ordered Food delivery from Burger King Jurong Point, what a disgrace.
    1) Wrong Burger – Ordered Chicken, Received Beef
    2) Missing Fries
    3) Drinks were 3/4 filled

  4. 20230715 – First 1 weeks of reopening, the food was great. Whopper was great. Had it twice. Went to get my Whopper again today and turns out real soggy and dripping with no “greens” in sights except some yellowish lettuce. Hate dripping wet soggy burgers. Well it was good while it lasts. Will not be visiting again though.
