a month agoI ordered a Lamb Supreme. The burger and fries looked sad. But the taste was surprisingly ok. The staff ordering my food was showing a poker face. Hope they can improve their service .7 months agoIf you are a burger fan, this is must stop place in Miri. Freshly prepared burgers which are always tender and juicy, never fails to amaze. Every visit to Miri this is place is a must. Weekdays are usually free, but be prepared for a queue if its the weekend or holidays. Available as ala carte or as a combo meal (just add RM 3 for a side of fries and soft drink) Their cheezy fries are a great side dish to complement your burgers. For those who prefer hotdogs, choice of beef or chicken is also available.a year agoMy friends, Don’t be a fool, don’t be like me, Fuel Shack had been existing for years and I often overlooked it. Overlooking this place because peers been saying how it doesnt taste nice and all that bs. Frequenting places like McD thinking “it’s the only best burger in town available”.Well I thought wrong! During a downpour, ordered a breakfast set from the drive thru, which included an omelette cheese sandwich, iced lemon tea and a hash brown, so convenient.
This is the McDonald that I usually go to. Very well maintained and clean with a lot of seatings. Aircond too cold sometimes. Service is consider very fast but the drive thru usually long queue almost everyday, try to avoid during lunch and dinner peak hours.
To improve cleanliness, food quality and customer service.
If you had the brekkie in the morning, it’s really nice cos it’s not packed with people, compared to lunch and dinner. The food is good, service is good, speed is good, staff is friendly, but you gotta wait if the place is packed, so it’s normal. Its convenient, to order from the kiosk, any problem just go to the counter, they are happy to help out.
Perhaps fix the water tap at the washroom, it’s been years the tap keep swinging and dancing. The kids are having difficulties to turn it on and off.
Have been there several times over the years, this time was terrible. Took 15 minutes to get our food. The burgers were cold and the fries were cold and tough. The one consistent thing is the place is always dirty and the floor greasy. It is obvious that there are no corporate QA/QC for this restaurant. This was the last time for me.
