a month agoI ordered a Lamb Supreme. The burger and fries looked sad. But the taste was surprisingly ok. The staff ordering my food was showing a poker face. Hope they can improve their service .7 months agoIf you are a burger fan, this is must stop place in Miri. Freshly prepared burgers which are always tender and juicy, never fails to amaze. Every visit to Miri this is place is a must. Weekdays are usually free, but be prepared for a queue if its the weekend or holidays. Available as ala carte or as a combo meal (just add RM 3 for a side of fries and soft drink) Their cheezy fries are a great side dish to complement your burgers. For those who prefer hotdogs, choice of beef or chicken is also available.a year agoMy friends, Don’t be a fool, don’t be like me, Fuel Shack had been existing for years and I often overlooked it. Overlooking this place because peers been saying how it doesnt taste nice and all that bs. Frequenting places like McD thinking “it’s the only best burger in town available”.Well I thought wrong! Them naysayers are wrong!!
If I could request for a refund for all those moments and money spent at other burger joints I’d do so already. As a self-proclaimed burger connoisseur, Fuel Shack, is by far, is the definition of a real burger.
Thick, hot patties, burnt and caramelized to perfection. along with their pleasantly grilled buns and assortments of vegetables and condiments, they create an amazing texture as you bite into their burgers. I kid you not! Burgers as simple as Cheeseburger is enough to blow my mind away. and if you’re a fan of thick juicy fries, look nowhere else. They offer one of the best available. Why haven’t I ate here after all these years?
The only problem I have is if only they offer payment with a Debit card, and allow their staff to be a little friendly I guess? It’s harmless to at least greet your customers with a smile even under that mask and with a certain enthusiasm.
Well that does it, I can never forget the taste of Fuel Shack burgers now.. and it had completely overwritten my love for MacDonalds for real! To those who thought otherwise about Fuel Shacks’ burgers, y’all don’t know what a real burger supposed to be then. Cheers Fuel Shack! You now gain a loyal customer!
a year agoone of the best hidden in plain sight burger place. live in Miri for more than 20 years now suprised how I never knew such amazing burger exist. 10/10 would suggest everyone to eat here especially those that love thicc and juicy patty burger and also their fries is thicc too. I dunno how would I ever go back to other fast food joints anymore after this discovery DEM BOI THEY THICC !!!!!a month agoAte at Komtar JB newest outlet. Food was good. Was recommended by Joe and his colleague (didn’t catch his name) the two burgers to try as it’s out first time here. Would definitely return!

a week agoSubway al byt staff mmg forever rude. Dulu ada malay girl pakai specs yg rude. She is no longer working there but now new staff pun rude juga?? Its like a culture for this place. Suka talk in rude manner, sandwich tak gulung proper. Zzzz2 weeks agoUsed to eat subway in kl and get good friendly staff, but in al bayt miri…. its not one or 2 times, their staff very unfriendly, treat senior citizen customer so rude. Its normal that not everyone know how to order, but they will response wirh fed up face, higher their voice and prepare ur food not properly. The female staff usually treat male customer better, everytime i go there, make my mood swing. Bad staff ever.a month agoi had italian with crabstick and beef slice, topped with cheese, red onion slices, sweet onion and chilli sauce. and this, is my favourite customized Subway meal ever. let me review the interior. i like the interior. simple. clean. chairs and tables are not crowded. toilet’s clean. service is very good. staffs are very friendly. now let’s talk about the price. for a 6 inch bread, it costs around rm16-rm20 plus plus. you add more toppings, you’ll pay a higher price. so, for me it’s quite pricey but with quality. craving for Subway, come here. ??2 months agoOur favourite to go place for subway. Staffs are quite fast prepping your sandwich and can understand what you order. Portion or ingredient that they give can be quite little at times.a year agoDon’t use write reviews. other than unfriendly staffs, arrived 3 minutes earlier before 7.30pm (one of the staff said it was ok to enter) the supervisor came and told to exit the shop in a rude manner and come back in 3 minutes

During a downpour, ordered a breakfast set from the drive thru, which included an omelette cheese sandwich, iced lemon tea and a hash brown, so convenient.
This is the McDonald that I usually go to. Very well maintained and clean with a lot of seatings. Aircond too cold sometimes. Service is consider very fast but the drive thru usually long queue almost everyday, try to avoid during lunch and dinner peak hours.
To improve cleanliness, food quality and customer service.
If you had the brekkie in the morning, it’s really nice cos it’s not packed with people, compared to lunch and dinner. The food is good, service is good, speed is good, staff is friendly, but you gotta wait if the place is packed, so it’s normal. Its convenient, to order from the kiosk, any problem just go to the counter, they are happy to help out.
Perhaps fix the water tap at the washroom, it’s been years the tap keep swinging and dancing. The kids are having difficulties to turn it on and off.
Have been there several times over the years, this time was terrible. Took 15 minutes to get our food. The burgers were cold and the fries were cold and tough. The one consistent thing is the place is always dirty and the floor greasy. It is obvious that there are no corporate QA/QC for this restaurant. This was the last time for me.
