This branch surprisingly still up to it’s quality and the staffs were friendly and quick. Somehow the cleanliness still need to improve and maybe this branch under staff, cause some days only one counter open and the cashier will full hand, handling the chicken and the order at the same time. I hope the digital screen will be available soon. KFC now have different kind of menu and I like the bowl menu hoping KFC developed more in rice bowl. Totally love the loaded potato bowl as well. My favorite menu still double down and hope KFC sell them as main menu…maybe only in dreams…Hope KFC developed more tastier menu in future.
Order snack plate price at 18.50. Food is bad. Very small size the chicken as illustrated in my picture. The coleslaw tastes bland. Very disappointed. With this price point I can eat at mamak with bigger fried chicken.
The service is slow. No longer fast food. have to stand and wait for more than 15 minutes.
No Thai chillies sauce
Bad atmosphere due to staff packing rubbish and compressing the waste very loudly and we were just few feet away.
Don’t recommend anyone to come. And not coming back.
I have ordered twice from this outlet. One time they forgot a menu from my order. This time they delivered but the drinks were spilling like hell. They dont even enable chat for me to make sure they do their work properly.
I am really impressed by the improvements that KFC has done. The chicken size is bigger now. I had the original dinner plate. The skin was crispy but still lacking flavour compared to the original recipe 10 years ago. Please keep it up. I like the kfc now.
First of all I’ve been coming to this kfc branch from the past about 14 years. All the while as previously we used to enjoy those dishes with no issues, also the service was efficient & sometimes okay okay. But after all these years, was completely frustrated & disappointed – referring to recent time we went. Started at month as December 2023 , we found the service was so bad till we had to wait for the fried chicken about 30minutes & end up receiving those choices which we didn’t request (asked for original/hot & spicy with those specific parts ) but received all original with drumsticks which we didn’t request that for neither. Also there was only one / two person as a cashier that time, she was looking so unhappy. Hence we understood that how she’s been going tru, despite she was unfriendly. Between now , we go for the very recent one which has happened today. Gues what , this time was about the fried chicken we ordered including the twister as well. All were extremely hard , cold & tasteless. Worst ever experience I had by eating such a super hard kfc fried chicken, even the twister roll. Since that I doubt that whether was all these dishes were prepared freshly today or re heat those which has been kept from last morning or yesterday’s one either. All of us had the doubt tho.
I believe you guys need to counsel those workers & improve, or If it still persist do immediately replace a new team with more dedication & professionalism. Or else your restaurant branch is gona get ruined.
