Car park is also free for up to two hours and I particularly like to park next to this considerate Parker (image shown) just incase I uncontrollably fling my door open after those bicep curls.2 months agoRandomly stumbled onto this CrossFit gym in KL on ClassPass. They have an awesome community here with very qualified coaches. They have my highest recommendation. Great place to workout! Amazingly friendly staff, very chill environment, sufficient gym machines, good functional area, great cardio equipment varieties, and a plethora of classes to join which are free when youre a member! The gym being 24/7 also is a huge plus so i can accommodate my gym to my schedule!
Come to visit that I’m sure you’ll not regret, the gym is amazing and very well equipped with good quality machines. The staff is incredible and super friendly, they will help with anything you need. And not only you can workout but they also offer yoga classes, Muay Thai, dancing classes and Pilates.

This is what I need , the Best Gym. Staff Very friendly. Personal Trainer also very kind to give a little advice .
Environment superb. Not too crowd. I do enjoy the classes like MMA, Zumba, Pilates.

Life n Fitness, for my opinion is one of the best gyms here in Malasya, with amazing team, perfect equipment’s, and very cool atmosphere at the gym, I feel very happy to be working out over there ! Keep it up guys !!
I joined Life n Fitness so I could continue attending yoga classes while I visited KL for 5 weeks. I wasn’t planning on using the gym much since I already had one at my apartment, but I did end up using the equipment a few times and everything was super clean and new. They also had a very wide variety of yoga classes, I tried several of them and the instructors were amazing! The management/staff at the gym were ALL super helpful and accommodating, they always greeted me and seemed to remember me – a testament to the kind hearted people of Malaysia indeed! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting/living in Malaysia and will come again when I’m back. ?
