    I would recommend Coach Vanessa as your PT as she has vast knowledge on the right techniques of exercise or workout. Furthermore, Coach Vanessa always share the great ideas for the food intake so we able to balance up our nutritional ways of eating. This journeys really give a healthy impact of my daily life.     Dear Coach Hisham I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude training under you for the past few months. It’s been fun yet challenging at the same time. Every session is like peeling away the layers of an onion to reach the core. I feel much stronger physically. Flexibility and strength really go hand in hand. I can hold my yoga asanas so much better and longer now. Even jogging and the spin bike workouts are more manageable now. My body feels lighter as it grows stronger day by day. I am really glad that I made the decision to sign up for a one on one training. I always had doubts about what a 64 year old could do in a one on one training. Would I be able to keep up with the exercises? Would it be too stressful ? However, you have been able to tailor the workouts to fit my age and fitness level at the same time challenging me to go a little bit more without stressing out. You always take into consideration the state of my body before each workout. I really appreciate it because I know that if I have aches and pain I can still workout safely. Once again many thanks and continue the good job. ? Madam Rosalind.

    I have been training at Woodbox Fitness for about 2 months and I highly recommend Coach Vanessa for personal training! She is very professional in instructing me to achieve my goals. Vanessa makes sure that I am in the right posture while working out to avoid me from getting hurt. Yet, she is motivational and provides great companionship. She motivates me in a very friendly way and pushes me through my limits that I think I will never reach before training. Before meeting Vanessa, working out has always been suffering to me but now it’s my routine. Most of the women including me will think that going to the gym will make us look very “muscular” and this was always an obstacle for me to start going to the gym. But after Vanessa’s explanations, I understand and see the changes in myself such as having a more healthy lifestyle and being more confident. I highly recommend any female to join the program! I look forward to the new challenges and exciting workouts under Vanessa’s program❤️

    1. Here goes my first visit at Flash Fitness Melaka. Newly opened. This place has huge space and well equip. To those who going for per entry, the cost will be RM10, little bit costly but most importantly the place is clean, equipments are well maintained and service is good so why not for RM10 ?. Good place to train and plenty place to breathe and no need to wait turn as it has plenty equipments ready. Recommended. Location at Jln Kesidang, Kampung Lapan opposite Petronas station.

    2. Simply THE BEST PLACE TO WORKOUT IN MELAKA and im not exagerrating. With RM10 walkin fee,its simply worth it. Don’t have aircond but ventilation is great with the huge window. One thing i notice is the gym is pretty clean and well equiped. Owner is nice and humble and the staff is friendly,great and can help with anything

    3. Great place to have my workout routine and quite near to my house. Equipments are always cleaned and still new. proper wash room and they have sauna also. Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the interior design of this gym is camera friendly ?

    4. Went there during our holidays as our hotel’s gym wasnt so impressive. Glad that we bumped into this gym. Walk in rate at 10rm per person. On top of that, the staff and fellow gym goers are very nice and friendly. Made you feel welcome. Equipments are top notch and well maintained. Only thing is they are not an air conditioned gym (which i love!). So if you’re particular about that you might wanna consider going elsewhere. Would definitely drop by this gym again if Im there.

    5. It was an okay gym. Many equipments, you don’t have to berebut with others. The walk in rate is cheap too (less than RM10). The lockers are rusty but I don’t think other people use the lockers though.. I see people put their belongings literally anywhere, as long as they can see it lol

      Oh, I read in the reviews that there’s am area for ladies but couldn’t find it. Maybe it’s there, but, it’s okay though.
