Walk in are charged at RM10 but none of the equipments are maintained and the cables are all so useless. Equipments are never maintained. Some are even not being able to use for a long time now

Nice gym with all the equipments you need to train. Fair price for the daily pass : 10 MYR Toilet and shower available. Friendly staff and customers. Whey protein scoop available for 6 MYR (to put in your own shake or flask). Possible to take the protein powder away in a small plastic bag.

This gym is definitely one you can go to if you’re staying in Ipoh for a few days or even if you live here. The gym itself is quite big. It has almost everything you need – bench press, inclined bench press, various shoulder/chest machines, deadlift station, squatting machine, leg machines, benches to sit/do dumbbell exercises. It even has a room with pull up bars, and space to do your ab workouts. Also, it provides yoga mats for you to do your ab exercises. Equipment in general are well-maintained and clean. Gym has no aircon, so be prepared to sweat it out in the gym. There’s a water refill station and a toilet in the gym. Users of the gym are very focused on their own workouts (no one stares/judges you when you workout). Overall I am very satisfied with this gym and will come back when I return to Ipoh in a few months time.

    1. My wife and I were looking for sauna in Ipoh so we just Googled and found this place.

It is a gym with sauna facility.

The sauna is huge, enough to fit around 10 people at a time, but, due to pandemic SOP, only 4-5 pax max is allowed.

      Clean and well-managed.

Towels are not provided so we have to bring our own towels.

RM15 per person per entry (non-members).

It has 3 branches but we are unsure if the other branches have sauna facilities.

Anyway it is a cool gym though. The front-desk guy was very accommodating and welcoming too.

Thank you. Will pay a visit again soon!

    2. Very well equipped gym. From upper body to lower.
All equipments are smartly placed from one another.
Plenty of lockers in the changing room. The best gym I have ever been.
      Worth the RM15 per walk-in

    3. 10/10 gym, i love that they have a punching bag a ring and a Dance floor weights and all the traditional gym equipment, very big and not too crowded

    4. A nice two storey gym to workout, provide sauna, boxing stage, yoga session etc. I hope they could provide some new equipment in the future.
