Had my 16sessions with Benn, he is an amazing trainer, definitely certified and passionate. I doubt myself with squat since I have knee pain but he makes it possible with right technique and posture. Worth every penny I paid.

Just completed my two months training in Gym , find myself lost about 3 kgs in weight, my legs become stronger and feeling more strength, just got my medical report and results was good. Thanks a lot to my trainer Mr Yoon for guiding me to achieve the results, l will keep on going to Gym on my schedule.

Started training with coach Benn since August 2023 and I am very grateful to have him as my personal trainer. He’s professional, patient, very motivating but didn’t “kill” me with too difficult exercises. He is friendly and approachable whenever I needed advice on meal/exercise plan that fit my lifestyle.

I used to do home workouts via watching Youtube. However, I realized I did not use the right muscles and it was causing lower back pain. I had no choice but to give up home workouts until I found Pulse Training. With Pulse Training, I am able to learn the correct form for each exercise and how to utilize the correct muscles & strengthening them in every session. I actually start to love strength training more ever since i joined Pulse Training.

I’m definitely seeing results and I do feel stronger day by day after 4 months of training. Looking forward to see how my body transforms further with the right exercise routine and guidance from coach Benn. 🙂

  1. Been training for months with personal trainer and it is so effective. I can see changes and the trainer knows what he is doing. Reasonable price also. Highly recommend. ??

  2. Been going to Above Fitness for almost a decade. Rony is a great trainer and has been super flexible with my training regimes as I’ve been having health problems over the years. Highly recommended! Support young people and local businesses!
