a month agoNOT RECOMMENDED! I‘M NOT THE ONLY VICTIM.I did cancel to continue the auto debit subscription membership before 21th Oct. However, it still deduct RM 70 for 24th Nov to 23th Dec membership. I complained a few times but did not get any reply. It’s been more than 4 weeks and totally no update. 1st time I complaint it said will be refund within 5 days. 2nd time said I do the cancellation not in advance 30 days?! As I mentioned earlier, I did fill up the cancellation form before 21th Oct (in advance 30 days). Then they said will check. 3rd time said the system record is not in advance 30 days do cancellation. Then I found out they are not doing the cancellation on the spot. IS AFTER A WEEK THEN THEY ONLY DO CANCELLATION FOR AUTO DEBIT. What for you ask us to do it in advance 30days? If like this you SHOULD STATE 40 DAYS instead of 30days! Then, they still ask me what’app to the number, IS NOT PERSON REPLYING ME. ITS A COBRABOT. WHAT A JOKE!!

Just completed 15 sessions with Coach Farid and i have no regrets. Good training with the best supervision frm Coach and the results speak for itself. Will definitely recommend coming to train here
I have been eyeing this place for long time and decide to choose this place and trainer to train me. My 3 sessions were full of input that previously I do not have the idea how real workout work and food consume.
With all the right techniques and skills provided by Mr Fareed, now I do not have to worry to squat without knee pain. Not only that, he explain things very details but easy to understand.
Overall, the place is warm welcome and have good aeration. 1 plus point, you do not have to struggle find parking.
I would highly recommend VI Fitness! This gym offers a good range of equipment and has very friendly staffs. I trained with Fareed for 8 sessions in a month and absolutely enjoyed each of these sessions. He is very experienced and professional in coaching. He personalised a workout routine based on my goals and provided clear instructions for all ranges of workout movements. Fareed always gave useful tips and effectively pointed out any mistakes, making each training session very efficient. I noticed significant improvement in myself after just one month of training with him.
