Favorite spot to workout . Friendly staff , whey protein cost rm5. Per entry rm8. Got shower but not heater.

Just completed 15 sessions with Coach Farid and i have no regrets. Good training with the best supervision frm Coach and the results speak for itself. Will definitely recommend coming to train here
I have been eyeing this place for long time and decide to choose this place and trainer to train me. My 3 sessions were full of input that previously I do not have the idea how real workout work and food consume.
With all the right techniques and skills provided by Mr Fareed, now I do not have to worry to squat without knee pain. Not only that, he explain things very details but easy to understand.
Overall, the place is warm welcome and have good aeration. 1 plus point, you do not have to struggle find parking.
I would highly recommend VI Fitness! This gym offers a good range of equipment and has very friendly staffs. I trained with Fareed for 8 sessions in a month and absolutely enjoyed each of these sessions. He is very experienced and professional in coaching. He personalised a workout routine based on my goals and provided clear instructions for all ranges of workout movements. Fareed always gave useful tips and effectively pointed out any mistakes, making each training session very efficient. I noticed significant improvement in myself after just one month of training with him.
