Book an appointment at 9:30am and when I arrived the gym was closed. Called them and the person sounded like he just woke up. I waited until 10am and left. Received a text after 10 saying the gym was open. Seems like they do not sanitize the equipment before opening the gym. Why ask customers to book an appointment if they are not even ready to provide the service? Will not recommend this place to anyone.
Definitely one of the best gym/fitness centre in shah alam. Friendly trainer and crowd. Keep it up guys! ????
Pro:
– cheap: RM5 per entry, RM80 monthly
– Good funky musics!
Cons:
– Poor air ventilation, indoor temperature I can say very warm
– Equipment condition okay
Alhamdullilah , everything perfect.. Staff yang friendly .. environment okay, equipment function properly, FLEX FITNESS GYM IS THE BEST?
I usually workout around noon when I’m free, so I decided to come here at 1:50PM since my friend recommended me this gym and because I didn’t know the gym will operate starting at 4PM, so I called one of the staff to ask if the gym is open today. The staff immediately picked up the call and I ask the staff about the gym, politely ya.
Me: Hello, ini ****?
Him: Ya
Me: Nak tanya gym buka tak hari ini?
Him: Buka, jam 4. (I couldn’t hear clearly that he said 4, so I try to confirm by asking again)
Me: Ohh buka ya, jam brp td? Jam 4 eh?
Him: Yerrrr (he sighed before answering me in a very annoyed toned while I was just asking him politely)
Me: Ohh ok baik, terima kasih bang.
Him: (just kept quiet without saying anything like he got annoyed of me).
Please teach ur staff to answer politely too when ur new customer is asking nicely. And don’t even bother putting ur phone number there when u can’t even treat ur customer properly. After that I terus cari gym lain. Memang tak nak dah pergi sini. So rude ya.
