The best thing is the trainer, Jay, who motivates me along the way and guides me patiently. Ive learned a lot from him and he has helped to correct my postures & form since day 1. He is also friendly, easy to talk to and explains each exercise in detail so that I feel safe and confident in doing them.

The service is 5 star gold standard, so good that i have also recommended my elderly parents to take up his trainings. The space is suitable for personal training and there are plenty of variations available with the equipment. I highly recommend Owl Pact PT to everyone as I have experienced a tremendous improvement in my fitness level. Genuinely look forward to each session! Saying byebye to my sedentary lifestyle!

Jay is the best personal trainer I have ever had. In just two months, he has helped me to lose 4 kg. He is very good at customising exercises to suit the particular needs of his clients. He is also sharp enough to make the necessary adjustments to the training programme to minimise injuries to his clients. For example, he is always asking if the squats I am doing are causing me to feel pain in my lower back and when I say yes, he will either change the exercise or ask me to change my positioning until I feel no pain anymore. That is why I look forward to my personal training sessions with him, even though I know that I will be exhausted at the end of the session.

I am 72, experienced knees pain for about a year. Embarked training program with owlpact 5 weeks ago, under the close supervision of Jay, my knee pain is gone now. I am totally impressed by the progressive training program, staff care, diet program, and the well equipped facility. I highly recommend Owlpact to aged people who seek having back the strong knees and healthy body.

Didn’t had any expectations prior to joining the gym. The onboarding was smooth, Jay didn’t oversell the packages. Information provided by Jay during the consult was straight to the point. Jay is a wonderful trainer with a friendly attitude which makes me look forward to each session. Thanks to Jay also prioritizing meal tracking which I haven’t done in a long time. Would strongly recommend.

Excellent experience I have with Jay! My best experience is an ongoing one with the continued progress of being healthy and string, gaining muscle mass, seeing the changes and getting alot of advice not only on gym but on health and life In general. We can chat and discuss things not only as a trainer and trainee but as friends.

At first it was overwhelming as I have no knowledge of exercising but training with my trainer Eddy has given me the confidence. The training is a good variety of strength and cardio and boxing. My fat levels are down and strength has increased. The gyms are well equipped and trainers are really professional. Cant recommended any other gym than extreme fitness definitely the best.
