a year agoDecent gym in the centre of the city with the lowest price possible. However the gym is a little bit small and it’s very crowded during peak hours.6 years agoIts wide, comfortable, lots of equipment and there are not too many people so u can workout freely!4 years agoGreat gym for 7 RM per entrance. Everything you need – expect maybe for a squat rack, that would be a cool addition. You can even buy a good protein shake for 5 RM. just keep in mind that you cannot lock your personal belongings somewhere. Equipment there is okay i guess , no treadmill and no sauna but its basic , their set up is more outdoor work-out style , its descent and the trainers are well versed with workout knowledge , clean and costs Rm18 for walk in which i think is reasonable , there’s a voucher that costs Rm 80 which lets u have 8 workout sessions for a month. Membership per month is Rm100 and registration is Rm 50
The place are nice to workout, i hope they can improve and more facilities because it can get pretty crowded.
Best place for workout. Friendly environment and staffs are helpful as well. Recommended.
Staff are professional and adhere strictly to SOPs as sanitation of all equipment was done regularly. The equipment itself is good enough for you to get a great workout going. With a cheap walk in price, would definitely go there again.
One of the best GYM in Kuantan. The price is extremely affordable and the machine is all nice and looks new. The best part is that it opens everyday from 11am to 10pm (Mon-Fri) and 4pm to 10pm (Sat-Sun).
The boss and staff are friendly and very supportive.
