So bad services + quality of the product, received a scratched table with low quality. When we call for solution, ask us to bear the repair cost + transport fee (transport fee is acceptable, but why need to bear the cost also? even not our problem and the product is scratched?)
We wait half month for him to come n see the product condition, when we call he keeps saying manager on leave, manager not free many excuse….

Extremely poor customer service , went there looking for sofa and the person who was in charge of guiding us was so impatient. Come on la we buying sofa need to look around and ask questions not just see one and buy it. He was on his phone and when I asked questions only one reply and seem so disinterested to entertain us. Bear in mind this is not my first time buying from lavino, I have bought furniture from other state’s lavino outlets and got great service in return and this is the first time encountering such a terrible service from lavino. We ended up just walking out without even looking at that guys face.
Very bad experience as after bought from this shop the sofa lack of 1 screw after we sit the sofa sink
