Had an enjoyable shopping furniture time at Enzol Puchong. Winnie is very friendly and helpful while patiently answer all our queries regarding to the sofa, dining table and beds. We did not realize she had attended us for almost 2 hours. Thanks for the exceptional service!

Had a great experience in Puchong Showroom with great service by Winnie. She attended to my phone call and straight away send me some info on the sofa which made me interested in visiting their showroom. We found the sofa that match our requirment and ended up purchasing one. Hopefully the quality of the sofa and their service remain good in future. Thanks Winnie!.

So bad services + quality of the product, received a scratched table with low quality. When we call for solution, ask us to bear the repair cost + transport fee (transport fee is acceptable, but why need to bear the cost also? even not our problem and the product is scratched?)
We wait half month for him to come n see the product condition, when we call he keeps saying manager on leave, manager not free many excuse….

Extremely poor customer service , went there looking for sofa and the person who was in charge of guiding us was so impatient. Come on la we buying sofa need to look around and ask questions not just see one and buy it. He was on his phone and when I asked questions only one reply and seem so disinterested to entertain us. Bear in mind this is not my first time buying from lavino, I have bought furniture from other state’s lavino outlets and got great service in return and this is the first time encountering such a terrible service from lavino. We ended up just walking out without even looking at that guys face.
Very bad experience as after bought from this shop the sofa lack of 1 screw after we sit the sofa sink
